changelog is as follows: v1.108.0 - Added new Studio girl (Molly)

• Fixed bug with Alli's special shoots if Keisha not met
• Fixed missing Vienna image on Gloryhole event
• Fixed Cherie's bottom button to use AM/PM system
• Corrected formatting on Massage Parlour upgrade screen
• Skipping to Chapter 10 will allow Special shoots

A smaller update to introduce a new girl (one I've wanted to put in for a while but she didn't have enough content) and clean up some bugs/formatting issues. I'm aiming for regular updates again now that I've started putting things into code

Without further details, it is hard to know, but experience says it is most likely Ariana from Model Space. If not, leave your save here I can check for you.

I think it is impossible to have a single save with all possible conctacts, since it depends on various selections, which realtors do you choose, which ladies for the stripclub and so on. And if you have 62/62 you have all currently available contact.
But you might be missing a few a couple of places:
