It was short, but I enjoyed myself even if I kept my guy on the straight and narrow.
My only complaint was, it was pretty easy to raise his princely skills. Never felt any rush or need to balance my schedule with fooling around, being lazy, and my duty to study. Of course I could be missing something but I think the game could be improved with someone dragging the prince away for short term gains (be it stats or sneaking a peek at the naked help) that cut into study time.

That does make sense, something like random chance each day each time you will be forced to do something else thus losing a time slot for studying.
That said if this is to happen I would suggest it to start happening on week 2 instead of it happening in week 1.
Now as for the Dev, if you are planning to make a short length game then the game is fine as it is but if you are planning to make it a medium length game you need to... space out the chapters a little bit because you can reach each chapter each week pretty quickly.
My suggestion would be to tie the chapter progression to the stats dom/sub/feminization, once you reach the threshold the chapter will then progress.
Going by the main story the witch wishes to feminize you(it also seems you might be planning to make a non-feminized path too since there's an option to make the witch drink the potion.) so I would suggest to tie it to feminization stat for the chapter to progress just as you tied certain side events to the dom/sub stat for you to be able to do/progress them, this way at least you wont progress too fast and skip side progression.
Of course my suggestion works only if you are planning to make it a medium length game so if you are planning to make it a short length game then the progression is fine as it is.
The UI is fantastic and the whole thing feels very polished. But I'm getting the feeling that you can really only go either masculine/dominant or feminine/submissive, which is a real shame because that has been done to death.
Why can't the sorceress have the option to turn the other eligible marriage partners into women as well?
Why can't you become more feminine but get even bigger "down there" if you want?
It's still early, but it pretty much feels like it's on rails at this point.

Well to be fair on my run i mantained a good amount of both dominance and feminization but all this is before the still unresolved choice "Confront Morgana on the potion" that will play on the next update i think. So yes if the sorceress will convince him it's all normal with some mindtrick, unlogical reason, because plot explanation that no real person will accept you are absolutely correct but it's not 100% sure, let's hope.
tasty curse is like that, one day you are male and another you are female, later in the game you can get a pill to change at will

There's a path for Dominant gay but its not completed yet(You can indeed play as Gay Dominant Male and you can counter the Witch with the potion but that path is not yet added in), right now it progress towards the feminization one.

Sorry, just to clarify, you said 'you can play as a gay dominant male' but then you say, 'but that path is not yet added in'. So I'm assuming you can't yet play as a gay dominant male, since the gay dominant male path hasn't been added yet?

No you actually can play it just doesnt go as far as the feminized path for now.

Right. Cause obviously the thing that is needed in porn game, done by one person, is the hash mechanics that force you to optimize stuff and create meta for that, with builds and shit. Developer really should spend time and effort to balance game systems, instead of making porn content.
We need nioh: one handed tale, touhou: bukakke hell and sissitorio.
