Does anybody have the same problem as me?, I first thought that the problem was version v0.6.6 but even after the update the problem persisted. I cleared the saved data from AppData/renpy but still nothing anybody got a clue what the problem is? Things I tried to do - changing the resolution and still nothing. clearing up all the data related to it.
Edit: I didn't use the compressed version.

I already wrote about this - this game is too dark ntr for me!
The author of this novel is either a genius or a subtle psychologist - who earns money on people's dark fantasy!
Or maybe he's just really sick!
I think this is the second option!
Why give the main character such a bright soulful personality?
Usually in such games, MC is made pathetic and no one cares about him! But since Harry is created it is different - he is alive, he feels - he suffers too much - it hurts to read - it does not bring satisfaction!
Before that, I thought that it could not be worse than the ending that was ...
But I was wrong! Then how the "hero's path" ended is just fucked up !!!
This is not a healthy and very sick performance!

I was always surprised how some good - really talented authors write in the description of their games - that there will never be any ntr and ect. After playing this game, I understood what they were talking about!


I am a healthy heterosexual male, who does not tolerate betrayal and does not allow himself this and ntr in games or incest, or etc. - it's like a fantasy - nothing real.
But this is some level of degradation in which i will no longer participate!

So I just played the incomplete hero route and I'm about to go back to play the finished one.

Honestly my while reading I was questioning how the hell is this the hero route, it's literally worse than the normal endings. Only way this plays good and this would be a ducking genius move if they did this, the mc started fucking the mom. And not just fucking her, but doing it similarly to what was happening to him. Let Laura just so happen to are glimpses of her mother going in and out of his apartment.

Let her randomly show up bringing ground to Henry on his lunch or him randomly taking her out. Laura hates her mom but she still has an obvious connection to both the mom and her ex... Let the more experienced woman show him how to manipulate and fuck with her.

Would be genius... I've literally only seen something like this done once or twice in manga and the other time on another vn I think.

AGAIN how is this the hero route, in the don't trust side you bust his shit, in the trust side all there is is a chest bump then he gets knocked down? Really? I'll never get how these gets have so much build up and then don't let the steamrolling happen.

Finished the clumsy hero and just why? This is basically the revenge route, this is basically what the "abrupt" should've been. There is nothing heroic here, lura doesn't even leave anything to clear the mc names but just completely destroys his reputation, his life, and in the end what is he left with? I get it "clumsy hero" but seriously just should've called it revenge in my opinion or at the least continue it to the point harry starts to build up a way to rely on Lucas.

Someone here posted a solution a while back. While in the game, press Shift + G and choose "Force ANGLE2 Renderer" as the renderer. Hopefully it should fix your issue.

The central issue I have with the story is the dissonance between standards for characterization in the main cast.

OK. So Luca is a not an actual person, he's a stock character of the NTR genre. Ditto for Harry. But Laura- For the first half of the story only- Is a fully fleshed out, three dimensional human being. Frankly, this is absurdly high quality writing by the general standards of visual novel fetish porn, and the result is that she feels like someone I could actually know in real life.

And like I said, the result is an increasing sense of frustration and dissonance as the story goes on. Reading Laura's narration and picking up on the nuances of her character lets a reader see all the different ways that her personality could end up developing, given different choices or circumstances. But Harry and Lura are characters that can only fit inside one type of story, So that's the only one Laura gets too.

I think this is why people are saying stuff like 'all the endings feel the same' and such. Laura-*could* have been also a stock character- and if she was, nobody would have any problem with all the endings following the basic NTR formula. But as it is, it feels like there's unused potential, setup for a broader type of story without the payoff.

I stopped playing a while back when only the first part of the Abrupt ending was in it. And I have to say based off of peoples emotional reactions to the most recent endings I think I will like what has been added to the story since. You can never please everyone especially the self-inserters but I firmly believe that if every story had a happy ending I would stop playing them because they would be predictable and boring. Im personally a fan of this dev because he makes the stories he wants to make and doesnt let the people who whine affect him so much respect for that. There are way to many Yes-men out there. Im gonna check this out thanks for sharing.

As an NTR dude myself, was kinda disappointed or just disgusted by this new update tbh i was starting to like this route but then when Laura had that plot twist at the clumsy ending made me feel "urgh" why does it have to have some "killing" wouldve been alright from Harry but from Laura...thats just turned dark its not what i expected from this update its really different from all the updates ive played, this route definitely gonna some have sort of a good ending but a fxck up one..
