It's up on Patreon. If you check the tier rewards, it lists version 0.7.6 for $5 tier and up in the rewards. It was first available on the 17th for $20 and $25 tiers, and as usual, it's made it to the $5 tier a little later (although apparently it only took 8 days and not 10, guess the release schedule got sped up a bit?). Out of respect for the developer, people usually wait a week before leaking it here, so you should see it in a few days.

The January releases happened on the 17th (25/15$ tiers), the 20th (10$ tier) and yesterday (5$ tier). We don't have the exact dates for the February releases yet but the final update of the fallen hero path, bonus scene #3 and the second update of NTR by Clumsiness will all happen next month.

there are several endings but most of them not that hurt for me. but right now devs make one ending that i thought it will be vanilla but actually have bigger plot twist(its so hurt too in the progress) and i was asking above your comment that is that ending will be what i expect or not
