I would like to know how to add the 2 bonuses, 6.0 and S2 11, to the main game 1.0?

You'll have to fuse the scripts. Which means you'll have to program ren'py.
Not sure why you'd do that, though, but there you are.
I mean the bonuses are not available by playing normally with in the main game so we don't know when they happen in the story line.

Their is one ending were Laura kills Luka and their are two endings were Harry ends up with both Laura and Aya Luka in those two endings is on the run from criminals that are higher up in the criminal underworld then him
Ohhh I see. Is there any indication to know if we are in the correct route for the ending we want ?

The difference is the "LITERAL" meaning that one should comprehend already.
Main game has the main game ONLY ... the bonus scenes is like a DLC and has bonus scenes and ONLY that.
None of the two has "content" from the other.
And if you're wondering about the 2 "seasons" ... it's like DLC 1 and DLC 2 and season 2 DOES NOT include 1

Well that seems wildly redundant..... So if I ever want to see ALL the scenes, I'd have to download not only the main game, but also Seasons 1 AND 2?
I wonder why the author didn't just package it all up and make it available in just one whole game, instead of downloading three separate games of essentially the same game?

new to the scene? have you look at the dev's patreon?
maybe cause the dev he didn't do it all at once. he releases in batches, even the main game didn't come out all at once:
it was like this month v.0.1 then 3 months later v.0.2 and so on before completing the game at v.1.0.
After that he went on to release the bonus content in batches ... and the seasons thing is like a patreon related stuff.
And if your not aware of it already there is A Promise Best Left Unkept Aya Edition (one of his 4 current ongoing projects) which for the sake of simplicity you may as well look at it as APBLU 2

It depends on who you look at.
Luka for example has a lot of fun in most routes, Harry not so much.

You don't play as any of them. You just read from Harry's and Laura's perspective.
The trick is not to self insert, but be an neutral observer. Like when you watch a nature documentary.

It's not really a matter of self inserting, its just empathy. But if the MC had it coming or is just unlikeable then you really dont feel bad for em.
