personally I think Harry would definitely kill luca or at least harm him, cause if I recall, he mentioned luca not only doesnt know harry is back but that he was in his room,luca could nonchalantly open the door and WHAM killed oshi no ko style (im sorry lmao) but even if he does, laura already hated him by that point and fell for lucas manipulation she was far gone because she felt harry didnt understand her and felt betrayed, hell she was fine with making him suffer for a few YEARS for the 1 month she suffered, even fucking LUCA the maniac behind it all said "damn this bitch crazy even I was thinking at most 2 weeks"which says a LOT, so 100% she either snitches gets harry locked up or I dont doubt if he somehow by the luck of the gods himself sneaks luca and kills him will probably kill harry back for revenge(would be messy and overly dramatic though so I think her snitching works better)
Also the cuck ending just gets to insane levels of bleak if they go that route, laura and sandra happily leave harry for 0 consquences and have a happy family with luca, while harry goes homeless? honestly at that point I question where the hero even came in the that, like if there was a genuine bad end in this game its 100% that, like its a bad end amongst bad ends and that says a lot, dont doubt it's something hgc would do though considering how bad every ending is regardless lol, even in the supposed "good" ending its gonna be bittersweet with it being more bitter than sweet and honestly I think with how many bad endings this game has it kinda feels over blown and underwhelming like you did all that effort all that just for a crumb of a victory? like im expecting fucking laura to fall to luca,aya still gets raw dagged by luca and probably impregnated \, harry is forced to see it happen and then luca leaves with laura but aya still loves harry or some shit and so she and harry get married and take care of the child regardless (prob makes no sense but I mean its hgc Im not expecting a clean break for a ending where lucas beaten the day is saved,harry gets one of the girls and lives happily although it is what harry definitely deserves after the amount of bullshit mans been through)
for the future ending I definitely could see luca dipping after everything, I forgot what the current state of harry and the company is but knowing how cringe-worthy harrys employees are, chances are either bro gets demoted for raging like that at the video, if not, hes definitely the laughing stock of the company similar to the hero endings just probably not to the same extent, cause if they still have the audacity to treat bro like shit after he lost LITERALLY everything I'mlike 99% sure ethan fires a lot of them, or Harry leaves the company prob becomes depressed and gets lonely, or worse pulls a sayori and necks himself,if not probably stays at the company and eventually gets a new girlfriend after getting trust in himself again, either that or luca being luca does the same thing he did to him in fallen hero and dogs the new girl AGAIN
personal comment: i know I talked a lot about harry in this especially considering we still have aya who could be doing fuck all, I think harry should have a clear finish to his fate, after all he kinda is the mc lol, either way you made some pretty good speculation for the endings

Is possible that harry can kill luca since I did thought about it, but I believed didn't put it in the text since if I think like hc, then that ending wouldn't be a "bad ending" it would be classified as a "good ending" since harry got rid of luca and hc wouldn't make that a good ending since that is not his style. Regarding laura, is possible that she gets revenge, you even said it yourself in your text when you quoted luca, so she getting revenge is most likely than snitching, hell, she even went a far lenght to corrupt her mother again because she had "feelings" for her, snitching is probably the last of harry concern if we speak of laura, she most likely either push harry out of the way before he try to stab luca for a second time and try to make harry stab himself with the knife, or after her shock moment grab the knife from the luca dead body and proceed to stab harry to death. It is believed that crazy woman will go to lengths that are unimaginable for the guy they have feelings, in this case it will be luca since the trust and feelings she have for harry are gone.
Honestly, I couldn't think of anything besides that because at that point harry is a laughing stock on his company, and try to get into another company will be difficult because companies talk to each other regarding applicants (hence why the ask for their previous employee number), and I highly doubt that laura and luca will be putting a good word for harry at that point. so the most likely case would be finding a job in retail or living from his savings. Based on my idea, harry place doesn't look like a cheap place to live, so he most likely run out of money or can't afford the payments, so either be homeless or find a cheap apartment, but I highly doubt he'll find a cheap place due to pricing (my opinion). Not only that, but his sex life is also ruined due to laura and her mother fucking luca in front of harry. I didn't really meant for luca to live happily with a family, what I ambition in that ending was more along the lines of laura and her mother becoming luca playthings, and potentially their kids being groomed to become his following playthings (I know is nasty, but is a game, in real life I wouldn't even be willing to make jokes like this). Also, I doubt aye endings are going to be similar endings to laura, but I could be wrong, a creator ambition is only limited to their imagination and creativity, only us can hope that the endings aren't the same, since the ending that you mentioned sound similar to the family ending except of having laura is aya without luca in the final image.
At best harry will get reprimanded for breaking company tools, but they'll be understanding about it, but the rumors and gossip will grow to the entire company making harry uncomfortable since there'll be people taking pity and making fun of him at the same time, but if harry is smart, he will stay in the company, reasons would be because the company will already know what happen to him, and wouldn't let luca join them again unless luca straight up buy the company so he can keep an eye on harry. My reason why I think is smart to stick in a company that either laugh or feel sorry for you is because if harry leaves, then the same process could happen in another company with him finding another girl, luca somehow tracking him down and stealing his new girl. True, he'll probably be a bit smart about it, but the problem will be when will luca make his move, and that'll kee harry on edge the whole time since he can't easily attack him without having any evidence, and the company can potentially fired harry, or lose his girl for his paranoia for luca.
Personal comment: The last two paragraphs might be a bit far fetch, specially the last one, but I think it might fit within narrative if I'm not really stretching the concept. The reason, why I don't think that the worst ending, is probably because I came across an weird ntr doujin (forgot the name of it). Spoilers for the ending: after barely waking up from an unconscious state he confessed to his crush just to find her fucking another guy (keep in mind this mc had a harem he never saw them more than close friends). One day when the girls got bored of fucking the two guys that were living with them, they decided to go to the beach; by the time the girls came back, the house was engulf in flames as the mc was maniacally laughing outside the house naked as the girls look at it in panic.
