Luca decides to ruin Harry's relationships, downright going to track him to do so.
Do you wanna know where I saw that kind of behavior? Girl wants guy, so she ruins his relationship with someone else until she either gets close of him or until he sees her as an option.

Luca, just tell your feelings already, before Harry decides he had enough of this crap and decides to become a monk or a priest.

No, 1.0 should give us a Good Ending of the Laura route. Aya's route would be in the DLC.
As far as I know at least.
