I get a lot more enjoyment out of these stories when multiple paths exist, where "How could someone make ALL the wrong choices!?!" is just one of several paths. I recognize that it's dysfunctional to become too emotionally invested in fictional characters (YMMV) despite sometimes doing so, but I prefer when there's an excuse to say, "Well, that's not actually what happened."

This story struck a deep, emotional chord with me based on the titular premise. I delayed proposing to my wife (spoiler for how it all worked out in the end) until I felt more established and secure professionally, but it wound up causing problems and multiple arguments. Heck, I busted out the ring DURING an argument because I refused to risk any harm to our relationship. So seeing it play out tragically while ALSO in an erotically enjoyable format would give me some harsh anxiety.

This game is legit top quality, and right now amount/time-in-between ratio updates is just right. Let's hope that it continues that way. The dev creates everything by hand instead of using shitty prefabricated 3D assets. And also did you notice the effects? Like there is proper zoom-in & zoom-out, screen shake, character sliding and fading out of the screen. It legit feels like a proper visual novel with right aesthetics from a Japanese studio.

The author does pretty good job in providing reasons for the NTR logic tho. Like Luca has mafia background and it is known fact for the others. It is not specifically said but it is likely they have control over police. In such situation If you assume Laura can't go to police then what choice does she really have? Confine with Harry ? What he could do other then going to jail which Laura wants to prevent ? Another thing is that women selling body to help loved ones is nothing unthinkable and that is what essentially is Laura doing.

Now for the corruption part , yes it is kinda required by NTR. But it is also akin to mental breakdown, hard to say what a person would do trapped between guilt, stress of everything going to hell and devil's whispers. I personally think that suicide would be most probable outcome but that would be no story. We know that crazy people do have the tendency to blame others for bad things happening to them, right?
