i like playing incest games (M/S) and couldn't help but notice there are very few realistic ones. so my take on it is to share a story where after having sex with mom the MC (unmarried) realizes what grave sin he has committed and now he doesn't want to live anymore. he thinks to talk to a psychologist but find the subject very taboo to open up. and from mother's perspective she is also feeling the same and to get over that the MC moves from his hometown to another state and start working on his business from there.
after some time
they both start having the urge to live together(LIKE SEPERATION ANXIETY) and make love again... and they fall for it very passionately this time. however back in their mind they know what they are doing is wrong in society and they don't justify it either THEY KNOW THEY ARE MAKING MISTAKES but Lust overpowers them.

(25/07/21) -EDIT 1. The story will be told from MC's point of view in flashbacks... but the starting of the game will be from when mc have changed his location i mean after the first sex...
(26/07/21) -EDIT 2. Lets put ages on record too... 1. MC will be 19-20ish.
2.MOM will be around 44-48ish.
3.DAD will be of 45-50ish.
4.BROTHER will be 18-20ish.
5.SISTER can be of 13-15ish. (as there will be no sexual content of her)
but added to increase the depth in game .

In his attempts to comfort the mom it turns sexual and things escalate. They know it's wrong, but all they have is each other. Maybe eventually the dad finds out and threatens to cut off the food or something to create some stakes.

Then ultimately they escape and form a new, free life together (albeit traumatised from what they had experienced).
You can have a short little epilogue where they both stop being intimate with each other because they know its wrong and the circumstances are different now, maybe the son leaves but returns later because he just can't get the mom out of his head.
And it ends with them completely succumbing to the love/lust they feel as their way of working through the pain they feel.

Thanks for the input man but i forgot to mention a very imp point that this game will be an example for anyone who thinks that fucking his own mother(no matter biological/step/someone who raised or any other im not aware of) is "OKAY"...
