I see, guess that would count as ''low NTR''. For example I've seen games where the heroine has an admirer, yet gets it on with other people, and people counted THAT as NTR too, even though she wasn't in a established relationship.
If he rejects her, it's kinda fair game as far as morals go. Thus ''low NTR''.

Reject wasn't really the right word, though it is questionable if it counts as NTR.

The secret is still between the 2 of them, it isn't anything sexual.

Although NTR is avoidable though so sex can still be between the 2 of them.
