I'm a fan too, but "clearly see" is anything but true. He hasn't put out an update in over a year and hasn't had any forward communication showing something is being worked on.

The tag is well-deserved and will be removed if and when the good fellow releases a content update. The tag is not used maliciously and ironically devs have complete control over whether it even gets applied; just don't spend six plus months releasing nothing and saying nothing.

Heck, it's even easy to cheese, as many devs release minor bug fixes or "remastered" cgs just to avoid the tag then vanish for another 5 months and don't get punished for it.

So chill, lol.

The problem is that talk is cheap and that it's results which matter. The dev can say they're working on an update all they want, but unless they actually produce something then all it is are words.

Hell, I know of a fanfic author who wrote a really good story, got about 85% done with it, then stopped. His profile page contains tons of commentary about how he's not gone and he's still writing the story. For the last decade.

i understand that but i dont think this dev is like that. i could be wrong sure, but even so hes not completely silent, games takes awhile plus he did not long just put out pptt or ttpp. which im sure he will get back too once he is finally done with statues.

In regards to the abandoned tag, the only kind of communication that counts is something that can be broadly considered proof the game is still being worked on. This includes screenshots or videos of upcoming content, etc.

Look, I'm not trying to be mean here, I'm a huge fan of this game too, and I get it. Life sucks, the creative field is tough, and it's also hard to have a consistent 'product debt' to pay in terms of working on something in-development alongside your life.

The abandoned tag isn't meant to be malicious either. I don't know why people have such a strong reaction to it. It is almost always a relevant tag, and if it isn't actually active devs will get it removed really, really fast.

It's so easy to get removed/blocked in fact, that devs the community widely considers lazy/malicious/scammers have absolutely no problem keeping it off their games for years on end with zero updates outside of a 'remastered' 5-year-old CG with no actual noticeable changes or a reboot/port/whatever that basically just lets them reuse everything over time, again with no proof anything actually changed, etc.

Just relax, it's going to be fine. He said he's still working on it, so the tag will be removed the moment he releases his next content patch.

Eh this is just intrusive thoughts the game. Since the dawn of gooning. Man has seen many a questionable shape in nature. Then from our own creativity. Faced with a burning question.... can/could we fuck it? The guy in this game simply allowed his thoughts free, so they can turn into action! And got both answer and willing follow through.

i know you aint being mean or such lol i uderstand why it is considered abanoned but i mean if you look in atreon he did added abooty screenshot and shared it on here also. so just in my opinion whilst is posting keeping us updated on what is happening i dont consider that to be abandoned. by this logic should his ttpp/pptt get the same tag? cause he ain't gonna be touching that work for as long as hes still finishing off his first piece of work.
