I still think you're taking this too seriously, dude. I like Taboossy, I love his games, and I have zero issue waiting for him to take the time he needs to finish them, and I wish everything for the dude. Even if he never does finish either game, at least silent statue is basically done already, and is already a good experience.
But as I already told you a while ago, there's plenty of devs saying their game is still actively being developed, yet their game hasn't had an update in forever. For one particular dev, it's been I think 8 years now, and yet if you go into his Discord and ask about the next update, he will still say it's in development and get angry about being asked about it, lol.
At some point you just need to step back and breath. And yes, once again, as I said there are plenty of games without the abandoned tag because those devs abuse the system. Breeders of Nephilim hasn't had meaningful content in like ~3+ years, just mysterious bug fixes or re-re-re-re shuffling of currently existing assists. It's not listed as abandoned, but it basically is.
The abandoned tag or discussion around the state is not meant to be a kind of digital tar and feathers, it's just information for folks to make their decisions on. Steam added the SAME thing recently in the same way for the same reason. I don't know what else to tell you, lol, but so far it seems you're way more offended by it than Taboossy ever was.
ok yeah fair enough, i guess i just find it slightly unfair for this game to have this abandoned tag. you know cause ok yeah he not added anything to it for awhile but on his patroen theres a screenshot or a pic? of one scene im guessing whenever he does write.
i keep thinking that until he does goes comepletly dark for very long time then i suppose then i would understand it all more.
