Small update from the Hypnopics Collective

Working regularly on the new version 14.17, so far small changes

- small map rearranges for clarity/readability and to make room for a new house. Also positioned some hexagrams better
- changes to Gina for compatibility with the new security guard
- added the new guard (well a copy of Gina renamed so far) and adding a flat for her, not in Celeste or Haven apartments but more a 'granny flat' sort of thing. This adds a dependency for her on Gina being charmed and in this case Lola, but generally once Gina is charmed I would presume Lola will follow soon after
I might though move her flat to Ms Charles home, as Ava Addams and Bridgette B have threesome scenes (though not with Shyla Stylez) I do not see Isis Love having scenes with either
- starting image sorting/editing for Nikki Benz

If anyone has any small suggestions for the new version, not as in new characters but events with people, quality of life improvements etc, the feel free to let me know here or if you want by PM

The guide is terrible and has a lot of issues. At this step where we should ask Monique to look for details on magic gems, this step is impossible. In the earlier step where you are asked to talk all options with her the last step sends her to research a family so when you find her in the reference area you can't ask her to look for magic gems and if you don't send her to research the family then she's not in the research area but back in the school where you STILL can't ask her to research magic gems. And following that you are supposed to meet some girls at the "Museum" and at the "Aquarium" but as far as I can tell these locations just don't exist. I looked all over and couldn't find either. The "Museum" is supposed to be somewhere close to or connected to the Library but it isn't.

The Museum is on Oakpine Rd, go to the Town Hall and it is accessible from there. The Aquarium becomes available once you visit the Museum. If you cannot access the Museum then first talk to Monique on magic gems and Mrs Granger

If Mom and Gabby run off, so you take too long to stop Gabby. Then if you use Hydromancy you see a scene, and that is it, you never see them again

This event is completely broken. I asked Nina to keep an eye out and let me know if they leave, I saw the night event in the office, got Gina's schedule, and I had the entire conversation about the amulet with Sarah Gates and talked about hypnosis with Mr Beasley but Nina never contacts me so I am never told where Gabby lives which makes it impossible for me to confront Gabby...completely broken.

If I try to go to the office again the next night the game says to check out her home at "11 Amarath PI" but that place does not exist on the map...so all I can do is wait until the 5 days expire.

I replayed this damn event 4 or 5 times every time looking for goddamned Amarath street...the last time I even got the damned text message. I spent over an hour messing with this trash. Only to find it's not even marked on the map. You have to psychically know that you need to go to Rathdown road to find the link.

There's an option (you know the town well) that reveals a lot of the map from the start you know. Tried that ?

I think I selected that...the one that says something along the lines of you can walk anywhere via the map or something like that. But that option doesn't reveal areas you can't access from the start of the game. I have seen the game unlock roads that weren't on the map but now are like Dervish street...I was looking for that because the guide told me to go there before it told me how to unlock the location...like countless other times. Still waiting to unlock the construction site the guide told me to go to for some girl names Ash too. But regardless, that street is still not marked on the map even after I finished that event with Gina. I can return there any time I want but I have to Rathdown road first...I think it's just impossible for the game to mark that street on the map.

And another quest is completely broken because of course it is, why wouldn't it be? Catherine never sends the second SMS after first partially charming Adele. And yes, I have the ability to magically enhance hypnosis and it IS noted as such in the notes on the phone. That is the big requirement for the quest. I have slept through entire in game WEEKS! It should be well past the time for her to send the second text but she doesn't...at all.

I was sleeping at the barn but I figured out why...I didn't visit the Wild Ranges. Which I have no idea how it's related as there was no event there, nothing new to be found or inspected, nothing...just had to step through the area.

It relates to the early game before I added time and a day/night cycle to the game. As you have to regularly visit the Wild Ranges to use magic stones it was a way the game used to trigger the passage of time. I have been slowly removing these dependencies but not all yet

Am i the only one that thinks the sex scenes are boring.. i feel like the whole allure would be the writing but the best you get is "puts pp in" im early into the game like charmed a few people. does the writing get better?

They are difficult to write and some more recent characters have placeholder scenes. There are some very good ones in places, for instance some for Mom and Tracy and a number of others, but a range are very basic.

But the point of this game is not the sex scenes, it is the mind control scenes and concepts, and the over all story.

So if you are mainly after sex scenes then I would suggest try another game!

Did you post this in the correct thread here? Given there is no voice acting really, certainly not 10gb as the game is between 4 and 5 and that is images and video files

Gina the Museum security guard as an original/old character has only a slave charm option. One very much on dominating the strong woman into being a submissive slave.

I have been reviewing and tweaking her images in the game and checking if there is anything obvious to alter or improve for her.

Are people interested in alternate charms here, like a lover version as we have in many cases. Maybe a slave variant as a personal maid (as both models like many have image sets as a maid)?
