You don't get a letter of credit on the Murder path as Sir Gates is dead. To get the bank Manager you need Shielded Charm and you can get her either at the bank after talking to your mom about getting a credit card or during the date with Ms Titus.

cant even start the game if the letter gets returned to the classroom then what do I the girl in the reference desk to advance the game ? I have seen others say the same thing but I did not see an answer .

You need to go to the history classroom and read "On The Death of Kurndorf". That will tell you how he was buried. You then go to the Wild Ranges and dig to reveal the tablet protecting his crypt.

I'm starting to fall out of love with this game and it's taken me a few version to really understand why.

Firstly, the game just feels a bit dated due to the static pictures rather than GIFs or WEBMs that most other games of the genre are now using. I understand why - the game has been in development for a long time and it's a massive undertaking to go back and source/replace such a huge amount of content, but as understandable as it is it doesn't change the feeling.

Second, I feel like the game is starting to lose its focus in terms of the storyline. Originally there was one or two major plot threads to get through with Kurndorf's ghost, Davy/Kate, and then eventually the Church. This allowed for a tighter story. Now we have various stories that intersect at different intervals and unless you already know the stories coming into the game then I imagine it's quite confusing to play through and understand what's going on. Obviously it doesn't help that there's very few triggers with prerequisites in terms of the stories so you end up with situations whereby you have to visit Kate in her room and save Kate from the hotel at the same time as an example.

Lastly, I feel like we're getting character bloat instead of depth. The characters we have now could be fleshed out more with more events and a greater range of content rather than adding in new characters which also lack content. It feels like a lot of the game is a framework with more to come in the future rather than being an active development cycle. Something like Girl Life ended up becoming. A feature freeze for a few versions with a focus on making the world seem more alive and lived in through interactions between characters could be something really beneficial.

Oh and although it's not my cup of tea, I notice that there is a bit of a lack of gay content outside John Adams and Mr. Beasley. Probably because the actors involved are straight performers? I'm not sure. But in a game where you essentially take over the minds of everybody that you meet in order to fulfill sexy desires then this feels like it could be an option more.

Either way it's an impressive accomplishment for the game to have come as far as it has especially as cmacleod took over somebody else's project but it's now to the point where they've made it their own. I'm wondering if a SugarCube or RenPy based sequel bringing the game a bit more up to date with other games of this type might be something to start thinking about?

There is nothing I can really do to help your falling out of love here but can I just note a few things

1) I have only added new characters recently where story dictated. So Charlie was added because it was the story I had planned for Amy. Others like Nella are just fleshing out existing characters to be charmable

2) for males it is a pain to locate males in porn where you see much more than their cock or at least only briefly. Gay porn is a better source there but then no females! I have Mrs Tanika's husband planned to be added to the game as I have a good range of images for the model

3) No idea why you would want to convert to Renpy or Twine (especially Twine as it is essentially the same HTML/Javascript/CSS) I generally feel Renpy is inferior, you need different releases for different platforms, while the game now works on most as-is. The language is more flexible and object orientated but so does javascript, either emulated as we do now, or when using later ECMA Script versions

4) I do not really agree that animations are better or more up-to date. They are commonly very short, low quality and difficult to edit and generally poorly themed or matching the scenario/scene being used. I know people do like them but well see the mod, 10x larger for short animations

5) a lot of the focus on new versions recently has been fleshing out and completing existing content

Sorry for bitching so much but I am on the murder path and I helped Kate with the homework, "accidentally" touched her ass and beat her in Bruce Lee trivia but I after I use the silver ring on her at the pond she just disappears.

What do I need to do so she'll go over to the hotel and beat the shit out of Davy? Because I remember in 1 playthrough I used the ring as she was having sex with him and then she beat the shit out of him. You had the option to pick "that ungrateful bitch".

You get the 'ungrateful bitch' option if you are not trying to make her your lover. T. get it just annoy her some where, offer to charm her, try to charm her, insult her etc

To seduce her you need to free her twice with the ring, once at home and then once after the park meeting. I would guess you missed one

So I tried it and it all worked perfectly except for the last step. She just leaves her office annoyed

Huh, I can't seem to get the Bank Manager in the murder path. I remember that if you had a low amount of cash you could go to your mom and she would take you to the bank to set up an account, but it ain't happening. Is there some pre-requisite?

You need to have money in your bank account and talk to Mom

Sure that letter does but that is not what you are after. Visit the History Classroom and pickup Mr Beasley's papers

Talk to Esmeralda and then Ms Jones. Ms. Jones will give all steps needed, but please remember to attune the hexagram in the hidden room, it is a step commonly missed

I am playing on conspiracy path and I am stuck with one problem - walkthrough says that you have to get Robbins adress from Mr Beasley's office. But for some reason there is nothing - only scene that says that Beasly is out. After I get out from scool there is Davy. But after scene with him nothing changes too - only empty office. What am I doing wrong?
EDIT: Same with Ms. Titus and complex variation path - it says that you have to ask her for adress, but there is no such an option. And for some reason there is no paperweight in general store.
EDIT2: Can not charm oficcer Batton - she is already charmed by the time I get to her with walkthrough.
EDIT3:As I think for some reason Robbins adress is connected with charming Madison - I just replayed this part and charmed her and a paper with Robiins adress appeared. Still no question about Ms. Titus adress and still Batton is already charmed.

When I try to charm transformed Davy on the soft murder path I get a script error and nothing happens.
When I try again it says that Davy is already charmed.

The problem is that that the sHe variable is undefined. The variable is assigned in the "if (sType == "checkdavy")" block which is not called when charming Davy.

sHis and sHim are also undefined.

You need the silver ring to charm officer Batton as she's already been charmed at the beginning of the game from what I saw when I used cheats to test a theory.

Version 14.9 .1 changed the game so Officer Batton is charmed at the start of the game. This is completely intentional. You have to use the Silver Ring or Tina to free her

For the address for the Robbins, check back later, try visiting the Hotel and a few other places, you are just not at the point the game things you need it

The issue for Ms Titus's address is probably a bug, I probably only offer if she is charmed, not also your slave
