There are certain events in the game that cause her to be charmed by Davy and then unavailable. These are usually much later in the game, but possibly you have done things in an odd order or used the cheat menu to add certain items or spells

You first need to meet Jenny but I assume you have. Then have you seen Alison at the Gym? Just go there after having met Jenny on a weekday

Do you mean the one posted in the first post in this thread noted as a stand-alone mod, or do you mean the approx 1.3gb addon mod I posted at the Hypnopics collective, I do not recall posting it here?

The one in the first post is a completely separate game, it is not applied to a current version of the game and is based on version 14.8.4

The one from the hypnopics collective is applied as all the mods, unzip in the Mods folder. Be aware is it very incomplete and has known bugs

No event happens when you take Ursula to meet Davy beyond the meeting itself. You can return with her later to repeat.

To make her a lover you still need to cast the charm spell, doing so there will do the lover charm process.

The book can also be with Diane White, so cast charm on her. Otherwise visit the mansion and ask Sarah about the book

Can you open the cheat menu, then select View Items and in "items around in the game" or "your possessions" let me know what is listed as the location for the Book

EDIT:
also once you are shot the book is in an indefinite place (999), when here it should always be available from Sarah, and can be from Mr. Beasley.

Can you post me your save game near when you were shot by Anita or after so I can check and fix if needed

Thanks I edited my reply as you were posting this. When at 999, go and visit Sarah and you can ask her for the Book. Or talk to the police and it will be with Mr Beasley, Sarah is the easiest
