I know the NTR can be avoided, but it can be reverted or at least compensated? I mean, the prostitution is a specific route?

Claire only let you have sex with her with Kate in the room if Kate is drunk and won't wake up. So the answer is NO.
With enough Corruption, you can bang Claire in from of Kate's bed while Kate is sleeping. Kate must be drunk.
If Kate's and Claire's Corruption is high enough, their quests are advanced and you are banging both of them, a threesome is possible. But Claire is the one that proposes it.

NTR cannot be reverted or stopped once it started.
Once it is in your save, you need to load an earlier save if you want to get rid of it.

Depends on what you want, try for yourself. I always break the seal and choose the church path because I love meeting Syfa.
If Kate's Corruption is high enough she will eventually agree to have sex in her (and Claire's) room at midnight. Claire will notice. If you are banging Claire and her Corruption is enough she will berate Kate and then wants to join the fun. From then Kate will agree to share the MC with Claire.
There is no instance in the game where Kate is mad with the MC fucking Claire. There are others motives, with others characters, where Kate gets mad at the MC.
I have to say this thing probably has the most interesting rpg gameplay out of any porn games i've played so far. Almost resembles a real game except the occasional acts of masturbation in to a tea set.

Alright so I been doing a small bit of dabbling in the fuckery bits of the game. And that's when I took notice that you can get Ophilia caught up, by playing 5 finger discount with Thomas's piggybank. But what's special about this particular path of debauchery. Is there's a follow up that ain't just, oh well with a shrug. There's an option to "break up" with her. And I put that in quotes because that had to be the most limp dick thing I've ever seen. The fuck was the purpose of even putting it in?

Some self reflection on what we have become in this world!!! But it pretty much boiled down to telling her she's a naughty girl, her agreeing, then we'll bang ok? Tf? What was even the point?
