Can anyone tell me what these mean? Bottom left is the amount of gold stored in the camp, that much I know. Middle and right column is gold and silver, but why are there two rows of em?

the bottom line is how much gold is stored in the camp
the top line is how much gold you need to pay your mercenaries each month
Your mercenaries want to be paid 9 gold 0 silver per month
in this update it makes no difference, you will need to wait for new updates to see what each choice does in the history.

The best choice is always going for the girls. According to the walkthrough, this should be the only way you don't lose any women.

If you captured the Raven he will insist on you marrying Julia. If not then only if you brought Liandra to him he will accept you to marry Julia. If you didn't bring Liandra or the Raven you will just get gold.

You meant the new riding & missionary animations? Yes.
Giron is gonna divorce her but he's still keeping her in the house as a guest & they're still sleeping in the same bed. You can still sneak in at night & bang her with those 2 new animations available after you have rescued her, doesn't matter if its late or not.
