yes but the draining does not harm you. You can also nullify it by using spells regularily.

I've started the game again from the beginning to see if i could bring Mira as a virgin to the monestry. I found out that is not possible. So i decided to have sex with her the next moring the carriage was there.

I'd tried this too. I wanted to have Mira as a Virgin without starting a relationship too early and Travel to the Monastery since I thought there might be new scenes where MC and Mira first sex turn out to be Only Anal like the other priestess, but the damn Wagon just won't show up. You have to Take Mira's Virginity and complete the Key to her Heart quest or Reject a Relationship with Mira in order for the Wagon to show up. If you reject Mira, she gets mad when you fap in front of her while she's training in her room at the Monastery and kicks you out, no sex. This is on the Church Route, not sure about Syfa's Route.

I understand that you are frustrated answering people who didn't find the culprit, but I did, as you could have clearly understood from the second sentence in my previous post "we know for fact who the killer is and deside to not presecute her".
My question however still stands though. Antonious is innocent, so arresting him doesn't feel right. However, if you don't arrest him (and choose the option "the killer left" or whatever) he would break the obsidian mirror and if we do arrest him he doesn't.
The battle is easy no matter what, but leaving the mirror intact may be important for the future.

Yes, I don't expect the answer within the game soon, but I'd like to hear what have you and other guys decided to do.
I decided to let Anonius break the mirror partly because it is the right choice given the information MC has at the time, partly because of loot from hell hounds (so far unique). But I see arguments against such a choice
It's a monstery, those guys are EVERYTHING but innocent. It's been a while since I've done this quest, but as far as I remember Matthias was a dead man buddy in rape and Antonius was researching deamos and working with them. My first assumption was those two killed thier buddy because he fucked them on cash. Then, after discovering that chest with gold I assumed it was Syfa who payed for assassination of a random guy to cause confusion inside monastery. I took Matthias into custody and accused Antonius.
And the answer for why MC didn't prosecute her is rather simple. MC is a walking hornball on viagra and aphrodisiac and she has three holes waiting to be filled mutiple times by MC.

Plot twisted it was Heather. She wrote to Matthais to kill Bernard, but he couldn't read. So, she killed Bernard when he was alone in the library. Bernard used to get wasted at the Tavern and raped Heather's Mother, she wanted revenge.
I though I wrote something wrong. Gonna add an edit in previous post. Still, took both of them into custody and accused the second one.
