You should pay more attention. The quest itself tells you it's not in the game atm.
is there a way to mod the talent skill points im level 11 and im not getting any for some reason if you can please help me

I think you should make the ntr an option you can turn on or off (not just at the start of the game), that way, everyone can enjoy the NTR scenes without "contaminating" their non NTR save.
you can just copy every save file and put it into another folder to "saveguard" that non NTR save, while continuing.
edit: considering some ntr options change the storyline and characters are removed/die in the "love" routes, i have no idea how you could do it any other way. dead man cant fuck.

You certainly can, but it would be a neat way to prevent tons of posts about "Do you guys have save xyz", of course for some it wouldn't work.
no i didnt i opened the menu to see how many i had and it shows zero i trained with the girl with the axe forgot her name and she got my strength up to push the tree down but thats all i really have i wanted to lvl up my dex for the sewing quest but i cant

Had that request in the past a few times. The problem is that once ntr is turned on it's hard to turn it back off. I will add an option to turn it on even if the game started with it being turned off in the future. But you won't be able to turn it back off because this would mean to erase full questchains and change back variable values big time.
Today I've worked on new options to enable quick battles once you outscale an enemy and I've added an option to turn off virgin blood (Because some really don't like to see that)
If you upload your save file (need to zip it or you can't upload it here) I will have a look at it and find out where the problem is. file 1 (autosave) will do

thank you so much your a life saver and maybe i did guess being stuck home made me forget lolthe file is perfectly fine. You just spent all current talent pointsjust gain another level and you can put it into Dex. I've switched ntr off, but I don't know if you already started any ntr events. if so they will still be on
