Depends on what you see as content, whether you use cheats or not, or if you play both ways (ntr and non-ntr). To give you an idea, my current save (without cheats) clocks at 64 hours. There's also some considerable amount of grind. And I don't do ntr, so my save doesn't include that.

I think dev has plans for everyone of the LIs to get pregnant, but pregnancy and marriage content is going to be final (big) content update for that character. So you can eventually impregnate everyone, just wait for dev to make progress.

Kate and Emily can still get pregnant, and to be honest, and to be honest, in my opinion, the game loses a lot from this shit.

Same could be said for any fetish content in that regard though...
Atleast it doesn't add another route and marks the end of a characters content.
