That's why I ask about having a girl with psychotic pathologies and psychological disorders. We live in a society were those things are common, we can use those things to enrich character personality.
An obsesive compulsive disorder is something that we diagnose all days. A girl having an obsesive pathology with the MC, going to the extreme of killing other girls,orcs, or mercenaries for the sake of her irrational and toxic love, could makedifferent scenes like reverse rape,bloody sex, or irrational patterns.
Also it couldbe quite popular with the populace.

Not extreme enough, those can be proper obsesive disorders through corruption, but it is not extreme enough to have psycopath personality like killing the cat because he/she lives with you, giving threats and violence to those who fuck, or giving you the head of giron in a plate with his body impaled because he makes you pay taxes. Of course some of those hipotetical scenes could not happen but some irrational behaviours like pursuing you until you go to another map, watching the mc while he baths or raping him in the night while he is handcuffed into the bed could really happen on a girl with those specific patterns.
