The latest version 5.8.5b on windows seems to crash a lot for me. I tried the bug fix, but it's still crashing. What is the most stable older version and how do I get it? Thanks.

I think the problem is coming from your end, not from the game.
This version has been out for at least a month and you're the first I see saying the game is crashing.
I played everything from the start on this version and didn't get a single crash.

My guess is that the tag got removed to allow for Chyos patreon to be linked in the OP again.
His patreon page has been under review about a month ago because (if I understood the situation correctly) of the link and tag being both present.
However the content is still there and can still be patched in the same way as before.
Patreon happened with a crackdown on incest games. That is why the incest tag was removed and Struggle narrowly escaped a ban by Patreon. There are trolls out there who delight in making false accusations to Patreon.

Well Patreon is a piece of shit. Still getting upset about fake phony games. There needs to be a site dedicated to adult games because with patreon you make what they want, not what you want. As long as the game hasn't been changed I'm cool, but getting sick of censorship. Fake phony games with fake characters in fake situations. Have a pair of balls and get the fuck over yourself.

How did you do this? Usually I use RPG Maker MV Decrypter (java), but for this release it created a bunch of corrupted pngs. It has definitely worked on versions of this game in the past, OR they weren't encrypted, one of the two.

Yes, the dev has encrypted all the images. It's been a while, but if I remember, the decryption key is stored in one of the files. I can't say which.
