Most likely the problem is the hardware. Not enough RAM, et cetera... shit like that.

Do not use saveeditoronline. Use rpgm save game editor that you can download from this site. In my opinion it is better.
Also, unlike other rpgm games you really should not have any reason to need to edit the save game. Use the built in cheat system. Do not modify character affection and corruption because it will screw up with your game.

Just need to point out that modifying Only Gwens corruption stats(Don't go above 100) does not screw up your game as her corruption stats are intertwined with the MC's power level. The more corruption she has the more powerful the MC is during battles if you go in her path.

Don't use anyone other outside cheat, because those cheats don't frequently update with the game and most of those outside modders give up in updating the cheats and you will be stuck with a bugged game. I recommend to only to use the in-game cheat because it updates with the game, just don't edit any affections points that you get from your LI's except for Gwen's corruption points(don't go above 100). Edit Gwens corruption points only when you're on her path otherwise it's useless. Start a clean new game without outside cheats. I recommend to see moon spawn walkthrough for this game on youtube, it will make the walkthrough easier.

Harem Save(no ntr) upto the current update
I can't ask Rick to renovate Penny's barn, I think the problem is that I finished building the wagon with the horse for Kate and didn't go to Kirlic yet. Can I fix the barn after I go to Kirlic?
The MC and Kate need to take a drunk Rick to his house. At first you can get Rick drunk during the Serving Game, but after a few times you take him to his house he gets drunk by himself.
After you leave Rick in his bed, go to Arianna's room so Kate and her can meet and become buddies.
If you are banging Kate and her Affection and Corruption are high enough, after a few encounters the girls start getting naughty and decide to share the MC.
Eventually you get the option of one of them giving the MC a Blowjob. THIS IS HOW YOU RAISE Arianna's Corruption.

I went to the Boar's Inn with Kate & Claire after I renovated Penny's barn, therefore that is not your problem.
