i had an opinion, all opinions are valid, and if you want to argue with things i didn't say, that's valid too, and, quite funny.

I tend to dislike personal debates that add very little to the discussion but I'll bite, so please by all means clarify which of your opinions I mentioned were not valid or what things did you not say that I argued against.

You mentioned the game being 0.5* which I corrected, followed by the opinion that the game should be finished to which I argued there was too much content already in game to "just finish" and ending with the notion that the dev was milking their players to which I mentioned the dev has been consistently putting out content non stop, which is, unless you have a different notion of milking than mine, exactly the opposite.

It's probably a save issue. Are you getting it on a fresh save, did you download any in this thread and/or have you save edited anything?

The game is quite complex and many mechanics intertwine. And it's still growing and things are constantly being adjusted in the code. That's why I always recommend, even if it hurts, to actually start from scratch after every big update. Because it is precisely old saves built on new ones that trigger the bugs.

Things usually work better with a fresh save on fresh code

this is why I usually wait 2 or 3 updates before starting a new one, a lot of updates change things from the start of the game or adjust equipment or weapons or add new scenes or change past scenes or completly change old content so its better to just start a new save but I dont want to start from the ground up for 3 new scenes and some extra dialogue so its best to wait like 3 or 4 months before starting a new save and going back to the game

I thought so too but i downloaded the game fresh and went into a fight and it showed me the same error.

in that case I can only assume you either got a bad download, you didn't properly extract the game or the place (hdd/sdd) where you have the game extracted to is damaged.
Try using 7zip to extract the game and maybe extract the folder to a different location (ideally to a place closer to the root of your drive, like C:\Games or something)

RNG on Melissa's Quest but don't worry, the best weapon is Dultharon forged weapons as of v0.5.9.5.

I would love to see healing items get their own category in the items menu.
Healing tincture is presently near the top.
Potion near the middle.
Antidote near the very bottom.

Either list needs to be rearranged or new category should be added.

thx for the answer guess ill try 7zip.
BUt normaly my ssd isnt only 2 years old so it would be wierd if it was broken, ill check them with samsung magician.
