Good afternoon,
Another week almost over, so time to give you a review of what I did the past days.
First of all, I would like to comment on the results of last week's poll.
In total (Patreon & Subscribestar summed up) Helena got the majority with 216 votes. Sabrina took 2nd place with 151 votes. So Helena won and I have already started working on the scene for her and Yasmine.
Now of course I've read your comments (as always) and I know that it would be tempting to make more than just the Helena scene, sadly however that is impossible alone by the fact that I wouldn't be able to complete it before Christmas. And working on more Winterhowl scenes in January would just feel out of place. So it will only be Helena's scene this year. However since I also really want to make something for Sabrina and she went 2nd after all, I will set her scene as fixed for next year's Winterhowl (So there won't be a vote next year and I will make that scene then).
Ok, now about the past week: Since I saw the voting results in favor of Helena on monday already (By then she had such a big lead that I doubted any other option would win), I decided to directly focus on her Winterhowl scene so that it definitly would be finished in time.
I started with a new outfit for her and Yasmine which required me to make some textures for the clothes. When I was finally happy with the outfits I made new sprites/dialog images for Yasmine & Helena.
Over the course of the week, I continued working on animations and sketched out how I envisioned the course of the little quest around Helena.
To then get a better feeling for the story I wrote first dialogs and events for this quest (In the process I reworked Yasmine's old getting to know images). This isn't done yet of course, but a rough plan on how everything plays out was necessary. To save some workload I reused some of the assets I already made in past years (decoration). I'm still by far not done with editing the animations, but since I still have about a week left to get everything done I'm optimistic that it will be possible without crunch this time.
Even though I mostly worked on the Winterhowl scene this week, I also finished some images for Bianca's quest that I've been working on in the week before. I originally thought about adding one of these images to this post, that would give you a hint about how Bianca's quest would continue, but in the end I decided against it, as it would have been too much of a spoiler.
The reason I've prioritized working on the Winterhowl scene is obvious: I want to finish it in time, and if I still have time at the end, I can of course work on Bianca's quest, but that's a bonus and isn't the main focus of the 0.5.9.6 update.
So now I'm trying to finish the Winterhowl scene as early as next Friday if possible, in the worst case on the 24th. There are still a few hours left today and I intend to use them for some more image editing.

I still haven t figured out Julia's route yet, but he looks to be a nice addition to my harem.
The Nuns being solely located in the monastery is difficult since I got 2 of them to the level that they were supposed to occupy 2 of my rooms.

Sneak in to he mansion during the day, go up to the first floor between the kitchen and piano room, don't wear your disguise, talk to both Yasmine and Julia, both will be happy to see you. You won't be arrested.

Talk to her during the day, ask for seconds at dinner. Once she is giving you seconds, you need to do that (get a BJ) three or 4 times before she asks to be your wanita. Be sure that she was present at the fire when you had sex with each of the other 3, at the fire. Hiba is easy. Raaisha requires you to have corrupted her enough to be willing to do it in public.
Wish it didn't force you to have sex with Imawyn whenever you try and assign your mercenaries in the tent. Just want set up the boys not skips through scenes I have watched a dozen times

question : if you dont start a relationship with Kate and leave Kate to Rick, can you advance the quest with Toren and his group or they only show up if you have a romance with Kate ? From the guide i have the impression that until you confess to have feelings for Kate nothing goes foward with quests involving her.
I know that Kate must have 20 of Affection and the MC need to confront Thomas Midnight to stop the blackmail.
The next time you talk with Thomas, you make the decision of allow him to scold Kate or not.
Start a new Service Game and Toren and Co will show up.
I don't remember having played that quest with Rick as Kate exclusive lover. But there shouldn't be a problem.
In the worst case, you can have a relationship with Kate behind Rick back and not come clean with him for a long time.

There aren't any chains that continue if you don't pursue them. The only reason you would want Toren to show is to advance your relationship with Kate. The only reason you will want to advance the journey to Kirlic is to advance your relationship with Kate.
So no, if you chose to leave Kate to Rick, then the romance Kate quest chain doesn't advance it. If you want to advance the romance Kate quest chain, you have to romance Kate.

What have you ever been able to trade with Grant? Ophelia sells stuff but Grant doesn't. There are special items you can get from Grant, ie. Blue prints, wedding ring, donkey, but he doesn't have a store. What items are you even hoping to get?

is there a point to keeping corruption low, do you get access to certain scenes or events if you keep a low corruption ?
Or it is only a matter of needing a high enough corruption to get access to certain scenes, so might as well crank that depravity up ?

As far as I can tell, and I know the game pretty well, there are things you can only do with high corruption (play with Kate's butt during the day, taint the holy water) but there is nothing you can you only do with low corruption.
When the game is finished a long time from now, there may be different kind of endings, but at this point the only reason to have low corruption is some sort of personal role playing goal.

Hi guys. As some of you know, I'm working on my own, detailed walkthrough because I'm very unhappy with the official one. It's still the one for the old version 0.5.3.5. Unfortunately, I had to take a long break because of real life reasons, and I also needed a new computer in the meantime. I finally have startet to continue some days ago. It's still going to take a while. And then I can probably continue with the latest build straight away.
I'm almost finished with Ophilia now. And I think I noticed a mistake in the dialogues. Maybe it's already been fixed in the latest version, maybe her story allready continues. I don't know.

Probably a mistake. When I used the guide, the dev mentions on a couple of occasions (I think) that due to quests being unfinished there could be changes. If you're making your very own walkthrough then you would probably be better of waiting for the finished product, as by that point all intentional content will be within the game and you won't have to keep amending your own project.Hi folks,

I'm going to carry on. Of course there will be more content added on. And of course changes and additions to existing routes.
This will certainly already be the case. Of course it's hard work, but we're not reinventing the wheel. I always save the oldest official walkthrough. Then I get the latest built + new walkthrough and compare what's in it. Then I only have to worry about the scenes that are new. It's much easier to add to existing content than to play completely blind and really start from scratch. So far it's working quite well

You can do. I don't know how I'm going to do it yet, because as far as I know you can't upload a PDF here, but of course I plan to share the walkthrough with the community. But it will take ages until that happens, probably only when the full version is ready. I think it doesn't make much sense before.
In the meantime I'll keep checking in here. And if someone gets stuck on a route or looking for a specific scene that I happen to know, I'll give reliable and detailed information, as I have done in the past.

Damn, i wish i had the same dagger skills as Bianca. If you're lucky can do 3000+ damage with her best skill ( which need 25tp)
