But the comb does not work. Are there multiple combs? do I need to first do something to the comb to activate it?

The comb works perfectly fine for me. Give the comb to Imawyn and she will reverse the spell. Now you are in control of Ugotha

When Bianca Tia and Lyvia in group and trying to progress to free Liandra quest game gets stuck, I got rid Bianca from the party and quest progress worked like it should...
