I'm at step 33 of Penny's walkthrough where you have to tell her you cleared all the rats. MC does just that, but I can' progress from that point. Definitely clered all rats and interacted with the candles/read the document after. Anyone with the same problem?

No, almost all scenes can be repeated so there is no need for it.
The few scenes that can't be repeated via normal gameplay mechanics have started to be added to a dream system.

I don't understand this part:

9. Continue sleeping with her. At some point she will ask you what this is the two of you two are doing. Choose if you want a relationship or just fun. If you already completed Mira's ritual in the sanctum the relationship option for Emily isn't available. On the other hand, If you do Emily's route before Mira and choose to have a relationship with her she will later tell Mira about this and you start a dual relationship/Harem.

10. After 9. if you already kissed Mira and Emily caught you she will ask you what this is you are doing with her daughter. If you tell Emily that you would leave her if things between Mira and you work out she will end the relationship (If you started it), but you can still have fun with her.

Do I kiss Mira and get caugth before 9 or After 9, before 10???

If you want the love/harem route (you can still corrupt them if you want) you should progress Emily first (complete 9) then progress with Mira.
10 will only happen after you have been caught by Emily while kissing Mira.

In that case, maybe don't ask about who's compressing something when that's obviously too close to the same thing as one of the most commonly requested things by lazy fuckwits.

Also, downloaded it fresh from the OP (Mega link) and it's extracted in less time that it took to write this...

The women I like least in the game (Rick and Arianne's mom) is already married, so she does not have an NTR route as far as I know. I also do not care much for the Queen's maid But she also does not have an NTR route.

I have considered sharing Kate with Rick (Poor guy he get's no pussy and is madly in love with Kate). So I give him scraps when he is drunk with a Arianne, Kate Foursome. He does not remember anything, but at least he is not a virgin anymore.....lol.

I also don't care for Gwen - No NTR But I like her apprentice, so I stick around there every now and again.

And that's the beauty of it. If you play your cards right, you can have every single character for yourself and never see NTR. But if you wanna go that route, you can. Or if you wanna have a mixed play through like I do you can. The game has so much player freedom and it's just truly so refreshing. I really want the game to do well and hope the next updates have bigger content added. Even if it takes a while

I had the same problem, the key is the maid who already knows you, with a save editor I set her relationship to 0 with me and she already let me in with penny to talk to abraham.

To raise her stats while she is in jail:
1) Before Lyvia and guards dissapear in the bandit camp - give her cumwine.
2) After Lyvia returned - let her suck

I know it works at medium stats, cause I put Irwin in jail after corrupting her enough, not with 0 affection, 0 corruptuion.
In general of course there is a cap, which you cant go beyond. After corruption/affection stops to grow, you need to progress with story/her quests.

I had the same problem, the key is the maid who already knows you, with a save editor I set her relationship to 0 with me and she already let me in with penny to talk to abraham.
