There are more that can get pregnant but there won't be any progress past them getting pregnant.
At the moment.
Kate + Emily can both get pregnant, have their stomachs grow and eventually give birth.
Carmen, Bridget and Ayita can all get pregnant as well but there won't be any progress past them getting pregnant at the moment.
Mostly for the "major" characters they can't get pregnant until far into their quest line, while "minor" characters can get pregnant early. But so far pregnancy is a bit of a new feature in the game so there hasn't been much progress in it, I believe the dev has mentioned that as some point most characters will be able to get pregnant and for instance Tia + Penny on their next update will most likely introduce pregnancy. But the dev has a voting system where the patrons can vote for what the dev will focus on next so the updates are a little all over the place in comparison with for instance Peasants Quest where the dev focuses mostly on one or two character per update and mostly finishes them in 1-2 updates.
There are some major points in the questlines but overall Tia, Kate and Mira/Emily have been the most popular choices overall so they and their surrounding questlines are the most fleshed out.
Most likely, I am pretty much expecting a big reveal that the MC is from some important noble family like maybe a Duke that is related to the royal family or something. Since my guess is that by end game the MC can become the new king and to make that the most believable there would most likely be a big reveal that he has a shot at he crown which is made the easiest by having his family being high nobles.
When it comes to incest overall though it is mostly focused around other characters then the MC at the moment. The only real incest part the MC is involved with at the moment is of the inseki kind sort of since Emily is "kinda" his step-mom and Frisha + Mira his step-sisters. Outside of that as mentioned it mostly revolves around the other characters. For instance Frisha + Dave are heavily implied to be half-siblings, there are a lot of mother + daughter or sibling content mostly involving the MC being a part of it. To be fair though most of the story is set in small villages of seemingly 30-50 people at most so I am pretty sure they are all cousins or second cousins or something anyway with the MC being one of the few outsiders.

Yes, it is. All you have to do is to rise A to her once she's caught and in her cell. This is possible on the love route as soon as Lyvia returns from the bandit camp. Talk to her in her cell when everyone else is asleep and give her wine. Depending on which wine you give her, you can rise A and C.

Walkthrough is always updated for every full version (so v0.x.x.0). Test versions which are incomplete and buggy won't get updated walkthrough.0597 have new walkthrough? or need wait 0600.

Just my opinion, I have supported and played this game since 0. 1.5 vers if I remember it correct. Overall , I love the story , I love how MC is gonna dominated the whole world, i also loved there is an alternative choices . I loved them all, especially the artwork of the female character , their story and animation . But yet there is just a little thing I need to say . For me I used to play as MC rule everyone ver, and an alternative (NTR) vers, I even accumulated 5-8 folders of saves , sometimes I even got mixed up since the patch up in the (ntr route and else). Now, I more focus on just MC rule all storyline . I would say if there is a gallery system can record all the animated of the route we choice , that would be great . I am okay without it tbh. It would be more convenience to recall the scene. Because sometime I have to use the older version to load back the past scene, since some of them is remake and not compatible with latest version .

Once she gets her end of major story content update. Pregnancy and marriage update are the end of major story content for the characters, with Kate being exception with pregnancy, due to her case being the prototype pregnancy update.
I've been pounding the shit out of all the moms Katherine, Claire, Emily, Yasmine, Verena, Gavina to knock up. Wish Nyra could get pregnant as well. Hopefully he makes it so they all can later on.

can someone pleae help me witht his issue i just downloaded this version and i can't even start the game it shows error i have encountered this issue in previous upate BUT i was playing the previous update before and i accidently deleted some files i thought it caused the erroe so i thought to delete every files except the save files and i recently downloaded this version and same error pops up and i can't even open the game the error pops before the main menu even shows itself.
