the point is that it wastes time. and if u have quests that have a time limit on them, then it becomes especially punishing. also there are several situations that losing can cause NTR scenes. u have to find them
I get your point, but in my first and honest playthrough, I only lost one or two fights aside from the ones your intended to lose, it never got relevant. I played without cheating and followed the quests naturally.
Imho: if you want to lose a fight, than you need to actively choose to do so. And that leads me to say, if you want to see the consequences of not helping the abducted girls, you need to actively choose to not go after them as well.
So I come to the conclusion, that the 2 day loss is unnecessary and could be replaced by a different outcome with more interaction.
