They don't get more lusty by being in the MCs proximity... they need to intake his essence which requires them to be close to MC.
And he doesn't make them more lusty as more accurately he lowers their inhibitions so they are more open to their own desires.
The males left behind are only old men or "princesses" (Dave and Dasan)... Alduin being the only exception to the rule but he is hard to approach to most.

Well for one thing you don't have to corrupt them. You can play as a pure good guy who doesn't using wine or sell vials and the mc still basically seems to have supernatural rizz and most of the love interests fall in love with him before he even does anything sexual too them. Even on the ntr routes I'm pretty sure most of the li are more attracted to the mc than any other guy around them, so they're not really throwing themselves at whoever they just become obssessed with the mc. But again as far as I can remember every love interest has a love route besides Natasha so you don't have to corrupt them.
