There are certain (corrupted) actions that the MC can only perform with a specific level of Corruption, like polluting the Church's Fountain.
Your alignment doesn't change the way people treat you, your actions do.
In the case of the Mayor/Baron, your Reputation can give the MC and the women more time in certain quests.
You lose Reputation if you get caught in sneaking around in other people houses or rooms.
The only instance I remember where you need to do it is Julia's NTR path.
So, a certain n° in Alignment unlock specific actions.

I hope the story advances soon in future and we can meet MC's real mom soon ( would be great if real incest is involved but with slow burn and greatly intertwined with the story ).

People that are playing it aren't complaining. I am pretty sure that all of the MC's folks are dead, so what you are wanting isn't possible. There isn't any place in Arenfield that a mother could be hiding, and the MC has romanced all of the females present.
Not sure why you got the idea that the MC would romance his own mother, but there really isn't anything in the story that would lead one to believe that was possible.
My best guess is the MC's mom died by the hands of the cult after the birth of the MC, with the MC being a creation of the cult.

The cult in it is form like it is now, was never intended to be. So the MC is not a creation of the cult. That wouldnt make sense at all.

In order for this to be Oedipal, you'd need a prophesy that any party was fighting / fearing against. MC isn't, we weren't told of an Jocasta (that doesn't exist) fearing it, we weren't told of an Oedipus (that doesn't exist). How is the MC going to accidentally fulfill a prophesy that was never made?
The MC got his cum powers from somewhere, the cult makes the most narrative sense, not sure where you are going to get that power elsewhere.

When Emily finds the MC and Mira making out, she freaks out at the incest, and the player gets a quest demanding the MC reads his step dads notes, because the fear is that Mira and the MC are related.
You break in to your house, and find the note, you aren't related.
To then SURPRISE, I the writer Chyos was lying, they are related would just be ridiculous.

Some people from outside town united and brought in some weird shit. Marcus got out in time, Roderick not.

The Cult is (apparently) under a Demon's domain. This entity will be introduced when the Dev develops the Cult questline.

I'm not sure about whether or not MC's mother might appear down the road, but I do know that if you read the letter in the basement twice, the second time it is read there is an option to change relations, and then Marcus will change from being the MC's guardian to being the MC's biological father.
So whether or not one of the MC's parents appears, as Ntrsugar hopes, depends on whether or not you read the letter a second time and change the relations. Obviously, with an option like this in the game that leads to dialogue changes, we won't be seeing another father appear somehow since this would lead to inconsistencies in the story.
