Time does not move forward when a conversation is going on.
This includes when you hide a text bubble or a menu option.

That depends on each individual Li in detail. There are those where you need certain points from A and C so that the story continues with them. And for others it works without it, you just have to make certain decisions. Sometimes it's just spicy additional content.
The Walkthrough is for x.x.0 versions. The next Walkthrough will be for version 6.0.0.
You can look at the added content since v5.9.1 in the Changelog in the OP (first thread post).

yea, i saw that. didnt know that update 6.0.0 will have all of them (5.9.5 , 5.9.6( winterhowl) and 5.9.7). i was thinking that when there is new content there will be new update to the walkthrough. Thank you for the info.
I have the same problem. I tried different times of day but that didn't work either.
i just find the answer go there alone (not with 2 companion form vilage) at 12 pm it work for me
You don't have to go there alone, she should show up at the lake after around 2 days at around noon or at least she did for me even though I had Tia, Lyvia and Bianca with me.
Still this is still a "test" version the 0.6.0.0 version will hopefully be released by friday and with less bugs.

In the lake to the northwest of where you are in this screenshot.
Just make sure to be there after noon as others mentioned above and waited a couple of days since you've defeated her twice.
You can build the Orphanage without getting intimate with Emily (no romance and no sex friends).
After Imawyn is captured (by the MC or by Lyvia), talk with Emily in her room at night and reject sleeping in her bed.
The next day (or after a few days) a Guard will notify Emily that Giron wants to talk to her about the taxes. From there the next steps of the quest are the same as if you were romancing Emily.
Emily will have the same new outfit in both routes.
