Yes, you have to have a party first. The conversation with Tia about the drum comes right after the party, when everyone is relaxing around the campfire.
If you play with NTR, Tia is not allowed to dance with Dwain at the end, otherwise she won't stay at the campfire. She'll go to her tent to fuck him and the conversation with her won't take place of course.
The drum talk only triggers if you end the party when you are dancing with Tia.

I'd say finish Tia and Kate storyline first, as both of them are the prime heroines in this game(imo).

is there a way to lvl up bianca after finishing the quest like tia or lyvia. i can say her to stay with her mother and pick up her a day later but her lvl is still the same.

U can use the cheatbook to add levels when she is in your party. Keep in mind that it will apply to all the members of the party, including you.
Same. You can stop the corruption early so Natasha keeps her personality tbf but she could still use a love path.
Bonus content for Imawyn. A couple new quests, the ability to craft her a new outfit and a new scene with her at the merc dance party.
