One suggestion for Chyos :

I'd like to have some mercenaries of mine in reserve. For one to protect the camp and for the other to replace dead mercenaries. Right now I cannot hire more than 20 but all of them are deployed. And especially in the mines some of them die.
This is why I suggest that after renting the land for Penny there should be an option to expand the camp and hire more mercenaries. A limit of 25 to 28 would be nice.
Also, the mercenaries in the mines need better armor and better weapons. Iron won't be enough. Allow the MC to forge some armor sets out of Dultharon ore for his mercenaries.

How did you get 20? I only got 15 and could only make one tent for them in camps training area when I had 10 to expand to 15.
So where is the extra tent made? Got 5 Mercs at Mine, Town and Mill, non in camp so would like the extra 5 to defend it, or at least party from time to time
I recall 20 was said to be max during mission dialoque but never found a way to go beyond 15

I agree with everything you say there, could wish for the same, but am not a patron of this Dev.. yet.. so can't suggest it to him

Do you remember at what point in the story you got the second tent build option? I haven't a trade route to secure.. maybe that comes after the second orc boss.. haven't ventured into that yet.

On another note.. got some trouble understanding MC's Backstab skill... Bianca trained me to her max and MC learned a Backstab move, however there is NO option for it during combat, no Stealth option during combats either, so am at a loss of why it's missing..
According to WT it should happen around her 5th coruption point, well I got it much sooner than that, so maybe that's its reason to "bug out"?
The only thing I haven't tried yet is to enter stealth mode just before entering a combat zone.. will try that next.. changing armors to leather didn't do it.. thought in D&D terms.. Thief max armor for thieve moves is leather in most systems

Played 250+ hours by now, must say this game has a lot going on, a true gem for RPG'ers like me, but also needs polishing up on many fronts, the crafting system could be simplified as just one example.. it takes too much grind time and cheat book doesn't have options to cheat increase their levels.. sadly..

You can get the stealth/backstab option when you activate your power (the green thing on the top left) outside of combat and make contact with an enemy. It then activates a dexterity check and if you pass it you kill it before the fight even begins.
Or in other words it's not a fight skill/the backstab skill you see in some enemies.

I'm glad to hear that. That means my work is actually useful.

I'm making good progress with my walkthrough. I have finally found a visually appealing AND functional, clear design. As far as I'm finished with the translation, the first teaser will be published in the next few days: Kate's full walkthrough, game built 0.5.3.5.

It's outdated, I know. But I want to use it to present my work to the community and show them what design my walkthrough will be like, which everyone can look forward to.

Afterwards, all the Li that I've already finished will get this new design. These are: Ophilia, Claire, Verena, Gwen, Sabrina, Athia, Frisha, Emily, Mira, Liandra, Lyvia, Imawyn, Bianca, Belinda, Gavina, Helena, Yasemine, Penny, Anya, Julia.

Next I will start to finish the still unfinished ones: Tia, Kathrine, Arianna, all the folks from Rumah.

Then the complete walkthrough of version 0.5.3.5 will be published. Yes, it's outdated. But it should still be useful for one or two people who are looking for a specific scene. I assume that most of them are still in the current game.

When I get to that point, I'll finally start working on the latest game built!

But there is still a lot of time until then. Maybe there will be the next update in the meantime.

What would also make some sense is if Lyvia and maybe also Imawyn gain experience at the camp if they train by themselves there or if they train new Mercenaries.

Also, maybe the MC could ask Gwen for some kind of communication and fast travel solution for emergencies. Some beacon devices for the mercenaries and some response devices for Imawyn at the camp and the MC himself would be neat. It would also be ok if the MC could buy some horses from the mercenary trader. The fast response team led by Imawyn could then travel by horse. That way the mercenaries could request immediate backup in emergency situations and either the MC or Imawyn and the remaining mercenaries at the camp could respond, thus preventing the mercenaries who are under attack from being killed.
Also, the MC could store some potions and healing items at the camp which would then be distributed to the mercenaries at the front. The idea is to prevent the mercenaries at the "front" from being killed by equipping them properly.

What might also be interesting is a story development that leads the monastery to request mercenary support against payment. The same could apply to the Coldwell Estate. Due to Penny's land being protected the brigands could redirect their focus on the estate and the monastery. That way the MC could generate additional income and increase the amount of mercenaries under his command.

At some point it might become interesting to fortify and expand the camp a bit more. Could also be due to some story development.

This doesn't work. It cannot be that my mercenaries at the mines get killed while they aren't even inside the mine because there are too less of them. I can't even train up new ones in time anymore because even with Lyvia around the training takes way too long. That is a No Go for me. Sorry, but this has to be fixed somehow.
Better armor and weapons than iron, better training, more mercenaries than 20, a cooldown time of three to five days once the MC went in and cleared out the goblins also in the underground layer, I don't care how but this has to be fixed somehow.

wait a few days, then clear the deep layer again. After that you'll have to wait for 6.0.0 or so.

The mercenary dealer is too expensive for what Giron pays. Either the MC gets more from Giron or the dealer is useless for now. It is way cheaper to hire the Brigands the MC defeated.
For an one time placement fee for placing one mercenary it would be ok however. Could even be 2 Gold in that case. But a continuous fee of 1 Gold per month is too high.

Did you check the online Walkthrough? It is quite good, try it. Look for both Tia and Katherin. Tia, I'd say.
