RogueEagle I think I found a workaround for Bianca.
But I don't know if it will work for you too. At least until Chyos fixes it. In my case, I had brought Bianca's training to stealth 3, before putting her on standby. But I think that's not necessary. What I did was give Gavina the second stone I found in the mine. The woman will ask you if you are ready to leave for the mines, if you have already cleaned the area, so that their journey is without danger. If you agree to leave, Gavina will call Bianca and together you will leave for the mines.

Now what you have to do is get to the door, insert the two stones, when the door opens, The MC will tell you that it will be a long journey and that he would like to make sure he is well prepared. The game will ask you to save (I did not save) and then I told Gavina that I did not feel ready for the journey. Reluctantly the hero, Gavina and Bianca return home, who a little disappointed will tell you that you will try again tomorrow. Bianca should return to her place, I tried to wait a day and do the 4th training in stealth and Bianca was still at home. So this should temporarily make up for her disappearance? I didn't go further, so I don't know if she should disappear again. But at last in this case you can temporarily fix the things.
Let me know if this work also for you.

Problem with mine is that i just learned how to lockpick, the stealth one i didn't even talk to her about because i remember i was just on a timed quest and didn't have time to talk to her.

Next thing i know, she's gone and no functioning work around because even tho i kill every goblin the MC still acts like he has to sneak past them...

So let's see if I understand correctly. You only talked to Bianca, who promised to teach you how to lockpick doors? So she was still sitting on the log at night in the village? You never met Gavina? In that case I really don't know how to help you. We'll have to wait for Chyos to fix it in that case.

In my case, I had put Bianca on standby only after speaking with Gavina at their house and learn stealth from bianca. So i had the quest from Gavina active.
And using the second stone, I semi-fixed/forced Bianca to go back to her house. Because Gavina calls her to start the long journey. As I said, telling her that you are not ready to go through the door. So in my case, Bianca is sitting in her room again. But I don't know for how long or if by doing so she has completely fixed herself...

Hope Chyos fix this Bianca bug soon or at last tell us which quest to finish, to make her return home. I think the mission in question is Tia's, in my case, when Katherina is kidnapped, she is outside Tia's house and helps us look for Katherina in the forest. In fact, I had already found a bug, Bianca was in the team, but she was totally invisible. You could only see the dagger that attacked the enemy. Initially I thought it was her skill, but something in the code must have gone wrong. I think that's the mission that bugs Bianca .

In my case i met with Gavina, but only to the point where she tells the player to look at the the mines.

Ok, so if you meet Gavina, do you have the quest called: The Dawrf and the Mountain?
Because if you have the active mission, you can go into the mine and look for the second stone. With that you can force/semi-repair Bianca. The problem is what level are you? Because if you are low, you should go back to the mine when you have Tia and Lyvia and be at least level 25/30 and well equipped. With a team of 3 you can clear the whole area and find the second stone. From there you can use my method to semi-fix/force Bianca to return. Otherwise, the only thing is to wait for a fix.
Hope that Chyos fix this soon.

Well, it appears my Bianca will be put on hold until Chyos puts a spark on Biancas wardrobe or something in the next update to summon her back from her hidding streak.

Yup, and the quest is stuck at "Talk to Bianca in her room at 6pm".

Meaning even if i kill everything 100 times, no stone will drop.

Oh now I see. I didn't remember that the quest asked you to talk to Bianca, before you can go into the mine. Anyway, in case you need, the stone is not dropped by a goblin/monster. But it is in a chest in one of the rooms to the north/west. To be precise, enter the mine, right, up, not the small room, continue up, left and down, there is a small room, with a chest at the bottom protected by goblins

The chest in the center room appears only after you have received the quest from Gavina, as for the other stone, you'll need to interact with Bianca past midnight in Arenfield (every other night only).

I've been playing this obsessively for about a week this time around and after some thought I have a few suggestions I'd like to float around the community, not anything life altering, just some... quality of life changes I suppose?

1) Make all Tools (Torch, Lockpick, Hoe, Pickaxe, Watering Can, Climbing Gear etc.) Key Items. Would reduce clutter in the inventory.

2) Give Players a way to buy back, find again or otherwise obtain "special" item such as the Tainted Dawnbringer. Could just end up on a shelf or in a barrel at Lucius' place for you to buy back at a (massive) loss. Would make it less devastating selling something you shouldn't have whether it was out of ignorance or a mindless mistake.

3) Let me marry Julia.

4) Add 2 new Spells to the "early" game.
a) In the Church Cellar, there are 2 books being transcribed, make the one Mira is not working on when she is there interactable and have it teach a Healing type spell that consumes Energy and gives 10-15% health. Will help pre-Health Potions.
b) In the Cultist hideout in the Ruins map, the second room along the corridor has 2 books on the table, make both interactable. Have the open book teach something similar to a D&D Cantrip. I.e. a (weeeaaaaak) damaging spell that only consumes a turn to cast, no TP or Energy needed. Have the other book be a diary explaining why this Generic Cultist Nr. 2 is studying a spell. Maybe he's related to the Prophet, maybe he's the son of a rich Merchant who gave his son the book. Idk.

5) Let Penny turn a profit without constant babying. "My" Penny has all the cows, the mill, 13 adult female chickens, a rooster, her barn is tidy and still she relies on me to either give her vegetables or gold to keep afloat while I also have to pay 5 guys to guard her mill at all times. At the very least, break even already.

6) Managing Rumah, The Camp, Penny's finances, Emily's Taxes and daily Food etc. it's a bit much really. Can we get some permanent solutions to make these folks capable enough to manage themselves and perhaps even start paying us back.

What are the requirements for the different types of armor?
1) Start a new Game,
2) Enable Cheats,
3) Skip Intro,
4) Open Key Items,
5) Use the Cheat Book to add 20 Talent Points,
6) Slowly, while reading the description for each level, add Talent Points to Armor Proficiency.

iirc, 3 is for normal armor and 20 for magical armor, whatever that is. dunno about reinforced or heavy.

And normal armor is what?
I have tried increasing my Armor Proficiency to 5 and I'm still unable to wear anything other than leather.

When crafting armor it will have a (Normal Armor) next to it. iirc, Studded armor, Rogue armor, Abyssalweave and Chitin armor are all normal armors. Chain mail and Orc are Reinforced while Ebonite and Dultharon are Heavy. Leather and Fairy are the only light armors which require no armor proficiency.

So then it seems that Armor Proficiency doesn't determine what armor you can wear alone as with that on 5 and I'm still unable to equip studded leather.
Would be nice to have any information ingame, but I guess I'll have to stick with leather for the time being.

I really don't know where to go from here guys
Leave the cave, wait a while. Come back, fight her again. Talk to her, agree to meet at the lake at noon.
Meet her at noon.. etc. etc. it's all in the webversion walkthrough.

Does anyone know how many Treasure Maps (Michelle) there are with "special" treasures?
I've got Gromthul's Betrayal, Silurim's Judgement, Gritwail, Isha's Tear, Eye of Alaira and Hide of an Ogre.

I agree with you bro. have a difficult early game, no spell, magic to help ally or your self, add some spell magic, fire, ice etc... would great. maybe add gwen teach some spell for early game.
