I would like to know as well. Getting the eggs from the coup and putting them in the bin has kept Penny making money. (She has a large bank, I just get annoyed at getting the "you did bad noise".)
I only found out to do that here when someone else talked about her always losing money. But I have no idea why we are told the updates about the livestock, like there must be a reason? but maybe not.
You have craft the Kate outfit before ? If not, you need to speak with Frisha for unlock the "outfit craft" in armor crafting.
like other say majority of the scene are repeatable, and the others is possible to rewatch when you sleep (just choose dream).
If you don't know where to go for a scene, you have the walkthrough, except the latests update it's complete (need major updates for updating).

JK, you don't have to do anything. The obvious assumption is that more cows=more money for Penny.
Chyos originally planned a more complex system around her farm so it's possible he intended us for to do something with the cows like selling or milking them and just scrapped it in the end.
Right next to where you can place the chickens.

Yep, what Chii said. There is the coop you click on telling you what is in there, you then check for eggs. Take what is there. (Unless you need some to fully populate the flock.) Then click on the box just to the west of it, they are practically touching.

I figured that was the case, but wasn't positive. I am still finding stuff that I don't know if its new, or if I just found it.
(ie. Repeatable 3some in Frisha's room.)
Slaughtering chickens doesn't go into Penny's profits right? Just the MC's inventory, right?

I am sure you would have figured it out, but just notice the direction I am facing.
The coop doesn't get populated unless you trap both sexes and put them in there. I don't know if two Roosters are better than one, but you definitely don't need three cocks.
(I don't have a good name for Penny, I used to call her things Cuck related, but Verena took that title.)

If there were more than one rooster in the coop, Penny would sell it. So in the end there will only remain one rooster and eleven chickens.
I feel like the farm system definitely needs some tweaks tho. I mean it makes too little money and it doesn't generate any meaningful resources making it kind of wasted IMO.

You need to be in a relationship with Kate where you are having sex with her, and it must be after you rescue Arianna from the Cult.
If you get Rick drunk during the Serving game and he pass out, you can take him home with Kate. After taking him home a few times, he can get drunk by himself at 10pm without the Serving game.

It's I think either a week or a month in the game. I forgot. If you want you could just sleep for a week and see in green text that Kate had her baby.

Now that I think about yeah pretty sure its a week and if you just sleep or advance time by a week the pregnancy should pass.

It's a lot longer than a week. No it can't be sped up, but it can be slowed down. After a few days you have to talk to her at midnight and she will tell you she has been getting morning sickness. For me I yesterday, I got busy and didn't talk to her at midnight for about a week.
After she tells she has been getting sick, seven days later her belly grows. Twenty days later she gives birth. She will nurse for another seven days.
So after she tells she is sick it's 34 days until she is back to usually schedule. Unfortunately no way to speed it up. If you don't talk to her at each stage she will be pissed and out of commission for longer. Emily uses the same time table, but her progression is held up by having to talk to her at each stage, and having to have dinners telling Frisha and Mira about it as well.
