I have spoken to the queen twice, got the quest to steal her valuables, stole from all three chests but after that everytime i try to speak to the Queen mc says "There is nothing I have to talk about with her at the moment..." Can someone help?

Did you get three different pairs of underwear out of three different rooms? To me it sounds like you didn't finish the break in part of your quest log. Is that what your quest log is still saying? To break into their rooms? After getting the three pairs of underwear, the quest should update to telling you to talk to her again.
There is actually four chests in the cottage, only three have underwear. Queens in the left, maid Belinda and guard in center, and finally Sophie's in the far right room.
If I had to guess, you only hit two of the rooms / three out of the four chests.
But it might be something else going on. Though after you get the underwear, your quest would be updated.
Another question, For Mira, Did i miss any content by not helping her with her anal stuff or fucking her before she became a priestess?

No. At the moment, I can't think of any content that only unlocks before an event. All Mira scenes can be unlocked after you come back from the Monastery.
(Though, to get her to fuck around with the Aldan (spelling not right) during the day, you do have to be at the monastery to make her spy on you fucking Heather. (You can go back to the monastery after the quest to do this.))

*Edit, Imawyn being in her cell is a situation you can't recreate. Though you can dream about it, and her scenes there are pretty much the same as what is available at camp.
