The interaction between Thomas and Kate and if you stop the Thomas's blackmail or not have nothing to do with how you deal with the three men.
First you need to talk with Kate about them and have a drink with them.
Then you need to listen to the conversation the men have in their room at midnight and talk to Kate again.
You need to craft Kate's dress, give it to her and decide if you let her use it while she serves drinks.
Play the Serving Game and go talk to the men.
Talk with Kate again and tell her to go talk with the men in their room.
Kate need to visit them a few times until she has a threesome with the men. She needs to have a certain level of Corruption to have sex with them and learn about the Necklace.
How do you make Kate drink wine and dance for you? Her affection and corruption is 21 but the only options are to go to your room or convince her to have sex.
Have you done butt stuff with her after noon while she's cleaning the table? Gotta do it 3 times, I believe, to further the plot.

I really love this game, but unfortunately, it does come to an end—at least until the next update drops.

Sounds like you need to raise your corruption level and mess with her while she's cleaning tables in the afternoon.
It's a mystery to me why that has a (PC, not her) corruption minimum, given what doesn't in this game lol

I agree with yazda and The_Dark_Army. The only game that comes close to this one is "A Peasant's Quest" by Tinkerer.
In fact they have several similarities, orcs, goblins, magic, demons, elves... My 2 favorite RPG's.

Almost all rpg maker MV games can be played in browser and android, better if they ported normally(installed with additional plugins for this ports to work correctly) by Developer ofc.
And if Dev made it specially for Win PC ofc this game may have some problems in browser and android.

There's really no RPGM that comes close to A Struggle with Sin. The sort of Medieval setting, close one I can think of was Of Lust and Pride which I enjoyed, but it was Abandoned. It was something about the Dev couldn't work out the scenes, Animations, I guess.
