as a non-paying member, I don't see any problem with it. As long as he actually still has ideas and it doesn't hinder implementation(actually adding the stuff), it's progress.

I actually think noone but him should have right to input order of content he wants to release. I dont like the idea of voting for content. He can just post updates on what hes working on.

But since its this way from the begining of the project many storylines end up at the backburner as Storm said in few posts above in favor of more spicy content instead.

The thing is, you have to give paying supporters some benefits, otherwise there won't be that many of them. Letting them vote what is the next story part is a minor thing, that can also potentially help keep it fresh for himself to work on the game. That's the danger on working project like this, you can get burned out trying to finish it because you've already figured out everything in it long time ago. I've heard plenty of writers starting to hate their own stories by the end of writing them, since they've already been through everything many times in their head and while planning, making the last bit of finishing the story arduous task. Also do keep in mind that Chyos himself decides what goes on the list, and iirc is now days carrying over the support they got on previous polls to future polls in case that option didn't win.

I am struggling with one quest, in Rhuma village I have to find 2 lost hunters, I have searched in every area available and am clearly blind, since I don't see them.
So WHERE are they so I can finish this quest?

I won’t say how you feel is right or wrong after all I really did/do want to know how not just you but others feel on the matter, I can a explain one of the reasons why he uses the voting system Chyos gets burnt out if he’s on the same story for to long ,if a part of the story has won to many times he won’t even add an option to the pre-vote .so the voting system is used so he can jump around from story to story , so yea everything is going how the dev wants it to go with or with out the voting system

Mc realised the evil deed of the previous king and if he put this up to the Orc and make a deal with them.

Options of this poll:

Arianna (+482): her state is getting worse! It's time to act and infiltrate the cult. You will join their ranks and find out more about their motivations. There has to be a cure for Arianna and you will find it.

Sophie (+217): Depending on your previous decision, Sophie will face corresponding problems. Will you sell her out to the orcs to help win the war for her father? Have you made sure she is with Hekima and his men or did you warn her so that she ran off alone? It is for you to decide how her story continues.

Kirlic (+419): All roads lead to Kirlic... a new village to which you can travel. I will add new npcs and first interaction with them. Alongside that I will add new scenes for some of the current characters and also content for one of the new characters. (Many character storylines depend on this update)

Julia (+291): The marriage, after gaining Giron's trust you can finally marry Julia and let her move into your house. (Double marriage should Liandra be together with Dave) + new content for Yasmine when she visits her stepdaughter at your house. Another goal for this update is to add smaller repeatable task quests through which the MC can gain Giron's trust (In case you didn't get it already) and to make leveling up easier.

Umah (+228): It is time to end the conflict with the orcs, either by force or diplomacy. Umah has the key role in this and so has her mother. Can the orcs accept a human to become their chieftain? (This will also affect Sophie's story, who is to become the chieftains bride)

Imawyn (+100): After all that has happened Imawyn wants to return to her kin in hope of reuniting with her father. The elves live hidden behind a veil of magic and only she can open the path for you. In the coming conflict the elves can become useful allies or deadly enemies. This as always will depend on your choices.

Tia (+100): Now that her desire for revenge has finally been satisfied, it's time to look to the future and her wish to have children can finally be fulfilled. It has been a while since Rumah has had offspring, the community has yet to adjust to this new situation.

Bohatier, so one of your wish will be granted. Arianna won on 0.6.1.0 polls. Congrats!

I missed out on Liandra content on Arenfield (kept her on camp), and all the save I found kept her on the camp. anyone got a save file I can continue from ?
and this locks us out of the double marriage with her and Julia (future content)

So we are getting Gobbo gurl. Unexpected but welcome. At least we didnt get another gameplay loop that you have to do like last patch with Penny. Its cool that we get back to the Dwafs and dark elves. I would love to see Chyos continue already established quest lines that are not finished and not doing reworks and additional scenes or new maps and quest that will take you away from village.

-We still need to save Queens daughter, in my playthrough its like day 400+ she is most likely already dead.
-We still need to find the classic elves not the darkelves i guess for Isha OR if you on Athias path continue this route.
-We still need to become mayor of the village/ save Julia and Liandra from Girion.
-How long we didnt get anything to do or continuation with the cult, Story with Thomas, Arianna and her father? Thats basicly intro of the game.
-We still need to rescue Anya´s mother and maybe pick side in the civil war.
-Orcs people, Orcs. Do you member? I member.

I dont even care about the trip to Kirlic or monastery or Ophilia, that can wait. But those questlines above are in dire need of continuation.

Conclusion: I love this game but please, the old quests that were promised need to be delivered and continued.

It doesn't have to be either. Write a story for that character even if it features multiple choices, then when all characters content is finished he could then do the main story missions and let previous characters content tie into it if needed.

When a dev leaves quests longer and longer to be finished, that's when it feels like they didn't know where to go and in most cases abandon them. Or worse. Remaking old scenes.

It has potential to be great though, so hopefully the dev doesn't end up just casting aside everything.

The dev has done an incredible job, but I think finishing quests should be his big concern. I played up to the previous content update and it was great but there was a lot of unfinished stuff. It doesn't have to be either. Write a story for that character even if it features multiple choices, then when all characters content is finished he could then do the main story missions and let previous characters content tie into it if needed.

When a dev leaves quests longer and longer to be finished, that's when it feels like they didn't know where to go and in most cases abandon them. Or worse. Remaking old scenes.

My opinion is better than that of his patreons

As I see it, the current voting system where the votes carry over to the next poll is a great way to go about it
The majority gets what they want, the rest aren't ignored because their votes aren't wasted, dev isn't forced on a single questline that would easily lead to burnout on the long term, Chyos still gets to decide what he wants to work on since he is the one running the poll but above all, we all know that the dev isn't lost since they have a roadmap, ideas on what to work with and a general idea where the game is going.

Don't worry Chyos will most likely add content to both routes. and if you really wish to see the marriage content you have lots of time for that update to start a new game. =)

This game is so fucking gooodddd!!! How am I just NOW trying it out. Adult content aside it's also a shockingly well done RPG will loads of mechanics/story paths created from player decisions.

Graphics on some of the models definitely need a bit of a tune up but serious, this is a gem of a game on this site.
