Well... like i said...i was confused!
I saw the changelog and i thought maybe in this version woyld be something extra.
But there is no point to continue.
I hope all you enjoy the game and the new adventure of MC with the Queen!
Ugh, I like the fact that there is pregnancy involved in the game but I can't wait until Tia with orcs will be included in this tag

Uh even if its not spelled out in the patch notes per se, you do get the Queen in this update, not only the maid. Its a decent chunk of story.

The gardens and the guesthouse behind the Baron's manor. Youll gain access after the Queen arrives in town.
As the quest progress they finally let you get inside the manor without having to go through the tunnels, too, which is a nice bonus.

She just shows up in the town square one morning, I figure if the conditions are right. As to what those conditions are, wait till the walkthrough is updated in a day or so. I have completed everything up to this update, so after I slept a couple of days, wandered a bit, banged a few ladies I haven't seen for awhile, she appeared and quests began.

She appears after 4-5 days when you have completed Frisha’s quest or at least arrived at the moment where the king appears and if you completed the available content for Lyvia’s quest and have a mercenary band

Some versions run smoothly, some have lag in the main village for me bit this one had the worst of seen. I never had the came actually do skipping and delayed actions before.
would it be possible to add option after corrupting any of the npc's to still fuck their pussy instead of going for the ass all the time?

there are some Anal exclusive scenes like Frisha or Emily with their new dresses while working/cooking, but once you take them to bed you can choose which hole you pluck
