If it's inspired by the Iliad then it may be a bad omen for our hero rofl. Imagine being shot in heel from the back by some pussy (or worse, Dasan) then Arenfield burns then Rick your friend manages to flee with some people you care about but takes 10 years to reach Kirlic and ends up being the sole survivor in the end.
More seriously, I wonder if the gods had something to do with that conflict, that would mirror the story. I know I'm diving way too far into this right now.

You know Eric and Van are the "Heroes" of that tale and MC is the archer ending it :devilish:
I would assume that the Cult is involved... wether or not those are lead by any actual god is the question we have been askeing ourselfes for quiet awhile now

Unfortunately, they are the guys fighting for Helen.. I mean Helena, thus Menelaus and Paris... I mean Eric and Van, may actually be fine. While we are the hero, thus destined to die.

If we take that metaphor and run with it, then wouldn't MC's Achilles heel be his dick and balls :p

Maybe it wouldn't be his weak point though, maybe it's actually his dick that he bathed in the Styx not the rest of the body, that would make his dick invulnerable, the ultimate weapon, plausible considering the story thus far.
Maybe A Struggle with Sin is actually a mirror opposite, the antithesis of the Iliad, with MC destined to vanquish all his enemies with the tip of his dick (no homo).

Perhaps somewhere along the line, Chayos will make a quest so that you can Rescue the Princess and prevent marrying the Orcs? That will be nice, another chance. Like Giron about Julia's Marriage, you were given multiple chances.

Others are more vague.
Like Kirlic:

“Kirlic - A new village to which you can travel. I will add new npcs and first interaction with them. Alongside that I will add new scenes for some of the current characters.”

Not the most groundbreaking interesting description of them all uh.
After some time Chyos answered a Patron what exactly Kirlic content would be and he said X houses with x women and this road and that enemy et cetera.
Still it didn’t boost the Kirlic option, not like the information dropped about Gavina and Bianca, that started a crusade within patrons.
The existence of a goblin girl… two words and they went crazy, completely annoying also with these goblin gifs everywhere.
(Still no mermaids, the only monster girl I will accept).

But yeah I also forgot the point of the argument I was making so I’ll just complain again on how some patrons didn’t know about John’s secret.

Oof, I thought the goblin convo was just a general speculative conversation. I didn't know about the craze and confirmation. That sounds way less interesting than anything this game has to offer, certainly less than Melissa. Gotta hope this is a flash in the pan, not sure I'll last long if it becomes the new Tia. Tia was tolerable for me because the character was at least conventionally attractive. I don't think I'll survive an onslaught of little green girl patches.

Monster girls are not my thing either. It's one of the main reasons I'm more interested in this game than peasant's quest.
