Yeah I kinda figured that Marcus was intended to be the MC's dad but because of patreon it was changed to his step-dad but it was some versions back since I read the letter now I just mostly just speed through it. I am doing a replay though so gonna have a look at it in more detail this time. And I always thought it was heavily implied Frisha was Giron's daughter just never confirmed outright.
Re-reading it allows you to change things in the letter.

You are hibernating too often. Otherwise you would have noticed that Chyos manages to update this game every month (with one or two exceptions when he was ill.)

How did you activate this? I installed the Fan made Extra content patch from the discord and haven't gotten this dialogue
Read the letter of Marcus. Reread it and instead of changing individual words just hit on "Incest" and do not kill the werewolf. For the Bolgan scene Tia needs 20 Corruption and must have met Bolgan before. This is easiest done if you let her go off alone at first. Now lose 4 times against Zoran's Orcs.
