Why Tia can't equip Chieftain Axe? She have 35 lvl, is it quest related or am I missing something?

She actually needs to be Level 36 to use it. Same goes for all other special weapons. It is always one level more than written. To use Trollbone dagger you have to be Level 41.

You should focus on strength , armor proficiency and constitution for Tia anyway... strength being most important

Point? It's a personal acievement I killed the Level limit?
...but honestly I am expecting to replay sooner or later anyway, my Char simply Leveled up as Updates require the MC to run around and fight mobs for several days/weeks. with tackling every story on itself you waste a lot of time waiting for certain days and Events... plus I wanted to know the limit... was quiet surprised to find there was more than Level 99
