I've got a problem I'm not sure how to resolve - while doing Penny's quest line to restore the mill, I ended up fencing in a bandit and now I have no way to remove him, which is keeping me from being able to progress the quest where I take Penny to inspect the repaired mill. Anyone have any bright ideas that don't involve restoring a (very) old save? Thanks.

can anyone give me a save to this game as everytime i play it, i get really far and then its delets and no matter what i do it wont come back, a save after yiou corrupt all the grils epexct the one that gets kidnapped would be great, thank you

its not that, i use the lastrest version everytime but i doint change them and i keep goign for a couple of days but the suddenly the contuie button dosent work and when i look at my saves they are still there but the game dosnet keep it, i dont use a new version i just play the one i have download but afetr a couple times of closing and opening the saves dont work anymore

they are there but the game dosent let me use them and it really stings as i get so far and then its all gone

Sounds like your global.rpgsave is getting corrupted or deleted for some reason. That file tells the games which saves exist, so without it the game does not "see" your saves.

One thing you can try:
1) Copy or move your saves to another folder
2) Start a new game and make saves in place of the ones you just copied/moved. For example, if you moved saves3, 4 and 5, start a new game and save on spots 3, 4 and 5.
3) Close the game and copy the old saves - the ones you copied or moved - over the new ones.
4) Start the game again and you should now be able to load your old saves

From a gameplay perspective, we don't lose anything, but it's weird you can't do anything to him after the ceremony.

Guess I'll just put the blame on him if I ever do another playthrough.

What do you mean - ignore? He escaped after that.
So like walkthrough suggest, you accuse him of the murder which he didn't commit, to stop him from committing a different one. Too bad, that to know this you need to know the future.

I think I've already explained this about 3 times now, it's dumb he can wander around freely in the church after trying to sabotage the ceremony, but anyway this was a just a minor complaint I had with how the quest ended.

Well, inquisitors are coming to investigate in an upcoming monastery update. My guess is that what happened will have consequences.

edit: IF we will ever see a monastery update, of course.
