I replied to you two days ago. I don't know why the walkthrough says "strong" anesthetic, because there is only one type of anesthetic in the game.
The one that he sells during the "control your lust" quest, specifically you ask him for help and choose the "stay silent" option. That opens up the item so that you can knock out Gwen in order to get the book.
follow him to the church and get the bigamy/polygamy dialoge with the priest
next day actual hit the wait(hide?) and listen prompt whilein the bookcase.

You mean corruption inhibitor. For that you should do the first quest. Talk to lucien about your curse then do the reading with mira. Get a book from witch submit it to lucien. Then give him a sample of your cum. Visit him next day. You will learn about your cum and it's ability. Then after 7-8 days visit lucien again and he will tell you about the new option corruption inhibitor. You will use that to give Arianna.

Ahh that finally makes sense to me. I always just kiss her and do the love route, so never given her a potion. (In fact never used the inhibitor, have thought it was a weird item to have available, now I see it's an NTR tool.)
When Skybat first asked, I wondered why he needed a "strong anesthetic" for Arianna, but then I saw Arianna step 21 says "For the next step you must have completed Lucius quest and have visited his shop again a few days later to buy the strong anesthetic."
So whoever maintains the walkthrough should probably adjust that.

Weird, I actually just started another replay, and did this scene today. I rescue Arianna from the cult hangout. The next time I see her and her hiding spot, I have the option "kiss her" or "give her a potion", I always do the first.
Sorry if I steered you wrong, but that has been the only thing to ever happen at that point for me.
I wonder if having the inhibitor potion on hand is the only way to get the chose not to give it to her and kiss her instead? I always stock every item, though have never used a lot of them. (Contraception, Inhibitor, etc.)
The quest does say something like "find a way to cure her curse" so figuring out that potion is what can do it would make sense.
If this is the case, sorry for not knowing what I didn't know.

How to get the cat to show up at Mc front door. I've finished the Mc house with the 20 candles but it says for now everything is done and talk to Roderic for furniture and this quest can't be completed at the moment and more tasks will be added in the future.

I could be wrong, but I think it is catching a rat (learn how to make traps from Corven, set them out where you find circles after you have traps in your inventory).
I have always wondered what specifically triggers the cat, but never known it just happens, I read your comment earlier didn't have an answer. I am currently playing a replay, it dawned on me that it might be catching a rat, just caught my first rat, and the cat showed up. Haven't caught a rabbit yet, and don't have the ability to build Emily a hutch yet, once I catch a rabbit, if the ability to build Emily a hutch shows up, that will confirm it for me. (I think you also have to have upgraded Emily's house for the hutch, your house for the cat.)
*Edit, yep caught a rabbit, immediately was able to build a hutch.
I have never played the light path, so I don't know if there is a way to corrupt Mira on the light path. I don't know if she still uses the plug after the monastery on the light path.
I do know that the only way to get the fake plugs is to at least start to side with Syfa, you probably don't have to all the way, but I always side with her.

You will know when you can renovate your house, the main (older) route is through Claire's questline. There is a new one through Penny.
There are actually several steps that need to occur with that Frisha questline, read the walkthrough carefully. When in doubt, sneak in to Giron's office before noon, spy on Dave and Frisha in Dave's room, if you keep doing that you will get everything. But like I said, the walkthrough does give the steps that need to happen.
Arianna, so you haven't found the walkthrough in the OP, have you? You are at Arianna step 8.
