Save always shows the version it was created in, even after you play and create a new save. So everything here looks like it should.
can you link me a savefile for this problem? I'd like to find out what went wrong.
Can you tell me in which situation exactly it loops? So this is with Arianna in her normal form and it happens after hide and seek game?
Edit: I just replayed the scene again and I noticed that it can take some time for the animation to run through before it then changes, that is however because of how the animations work, they run through completely before then when the condition is set they switch.

There is a cheatbook (at the start of the game you can turn cheats on) that let's you gain endless gold and level to max + cap all stats.
Other then that I highly recomment not to use any external sites or tools that allows you to edit your stats. reason behind that: they do break array variables which I have used for example on pregnancys. so if you edit your save on let's say saveeditonline these variables will return error and that then causes that pregnancy's will never end or the treasurehunt from Melissa will break.

depends whom you ask, as far as I know there is no real list of scenes comparing each other, around 1 year ago it was slightly in favor for the NTR (as we had an NTR focused Tia/Rumah Update), by now I am not sure, each Update tends to add the same ammount of Vanilla and NTR scenes, game changer in the balance are normally the Bonus scenes, which orignally were in favor of NTR content until better moderated by Chyos.
I suspect Chyos own goal is a 50/50 balance at this point.
It is true that originally the game was meant as a pure Harem game with some NTR "Game over" scenes in case you failed some Quests (as originally advertised by Chyos, but raising demand and stuff happened to lead to the current situation)

Don't think it's 50% but it is a substantial amount. Chyos added NTR and in general bad outcomes as part of consequences for taking bad actions/losing in the game to make it more lively. I would assume in the distant future it's supposed to be that distribution.
But even without all the NTR content (by disabling it) you will have more than enough Vanilla content to satisfy your needs, this game is packed with H-content.

Peasant Quest was originally one of the major inspirations for this game... but times changes.

From what you said, this game was originally centered around the harem, with NTR merely serving as a punishment for failed missions. However, due to the developers' supporters' demand for NTR content, the developers added more NTR content to achieve a balance, making it one of the main storyline contents, on par with the original content, and developing together. It's no wonder I've seen so many debates about NTR content.

Peasant Quest can almost be said to be A pure harem game. I finished Peasant Quest a day ago, so I wanted to try playing A Struggle with Sin. After all these years, Peasant Quest still hasn't changed and still focuses on the original content. Basically, the NTR content has not been updated. When I saw that there were so many debates about the NTR content in the game A Struggle with Sin, I just wanted to know what type the game A Struggle with Sin was.

If you compare it to "Peasant's Quest" than this game also inspired it to an extent... this game shines with gameplay and a fundamental crafting system, something "Peasant's Quest" fails at, but it outshines this one in scene quality and animation.
The Update schedule for this game also used to be much better than "Peasant's Quest" which is why there is quiet alot of content even if it's devided in Vanilla and NTR.
If you are just here for the fun it will still satisfy you, but if you are put off by the presence and loom of constant NTR this might be a pass to you... you can play the game entirely without NTR thanks to an Option in game though.
But be aware that Updates tends to be smaller than what you might be used to duo to the duality of the game.

how to trigger the 3some of arianna and her mom? do i need certain Corruption for arianna? already C10+ on her mom. when i get 3some with claire, after that i go to try arianna 3some, by fucking in her room then her mother came to watch (C10+), after doing many styles and changing speeds, just triggered a "see verena" scene . but couldn't invite her for 3some
