"Deal with the remaining orcs" means to scare or kill all the orcs in that camp. There's still one orc standing next to you. Interact with him and he will run off or fight you.

yep finally got the flag to show, so thanks, I didn't see that guy next to the tent.
Has there been any info on what some of the "optimal" choices are? Love and corruption feels more like what you like though it might have big impacts down the line but for now corruption pretty much means having all options while love is more restricted. So I am mostly thinking about what I feel are plot points and the following are my thoughts unless there is already info given.

It doesn't trigger on the same visit you get the horse from her, she has to leave, Grant has to come and go, then on her next visit she should tell you she wants to talk. You can have a drink with her, but make sure you ask her about what she wanted to talk about. Or you can just go into her room when she is standing in it at midnight. After that it will take almost a week, (math is her remaining stay, then the break between her and Grant, Grant's visit, the break between Grant and her, then she should arrive, but doesn't) at that point go into the tavern when it is open.
I am wondering how you were just stuck between steps three and four, but now seven. A lot of this game is patience and repetition, lots of times stuck just means you haven't waited long enough, or repeated something enough times.
(I am not trying to be condescending by pointing this out, it is more from a warning that the Trip to Kirlic is a giant pain in the butt quest, because it has so many scheduling conflicts and built in staggered wait clocks. You are almost there, just another week or two until Ophilia is Pia and ready to cover Kate's shift.)

Anyways, Reiju wants to get to the Old Boar, so it is about Kate, but he is stuck on Ophilia step seven.

Are you stuck trying to buy the horse still?
If you already have the option to talk about it with Ophilia, in order to progress the conversation you have to first rent the barn from Penny and then talk to Ophilia, she won't sell you the horse right away, but MC thinks she might be willing if you have some other animal to trade. Wait until Grant come to town and play blackjack with him and win all his money, he will give his donkey in return. Then talk to Ophilia again and trade her the donkey and 10 gold (don't trick her) for the horse.
You also need a blueprint form Grant so if you don't have it don't forget to ask him about it. You can pay 30 gold or steal it from the chest in her room when he's sleeping.

As of right now, no matter how high your weapon mastery is, you can only use dagger, bow and sword. So don't invest talent points on weapon mastery until other weapons available in future updates

You need to go far enought with her so a letter apears on her nightstand. Walk in read the letter and if you've found the letter under your bed you find out she was the one that paid to have the monk killed. Then you talk to her instead of fucking her in the evening. She explain why she did it (the guy was a real PoS) and you spend the night.
Mind I was going for the corruption evil path, so I still got William killed to clear the way for a future take over of the monastery.
Fingers crossed that one day we return to that plot line and get the option to turn the monastery into our own NTR heaven. You know sending the corrupted nun to get gangbanged 24/7 for a week by the monks. Getting them to serve the monks for vespas and give blowjobs under the tables. Finding some of the named monks taking liberties with the nuns in the kitchen or in the field....
I also think that in the future we should start getting some sinergy for the different plot lines, so an event where orcs raided the monastery and kidnapped one of the nuns would be fun. Then you have to get to her inside their main camp and sneak her out. Or leave her to the orcs as fucking her keeps them busy and they will not raid the monestary while they have her. Hell you can even send Agatha to volunteer.

Am I wrong or the cult chapter finally is not finished at all? And what we have is bullshitty management game where damned idiotic cultist friend cannot cope with beer production by himself? So that MC should check whether the wall is fine, whether the orcs didn't damage lame cultists (and by that time we have non-invasion pact with orcs!), and help them send barrels to the village. Because no one else can. All that to gain 100+ points for non-finished quest? And a couple of endless new senseless scenes with DP joining_function(punish that bitch). (change_tits, change_hair, change_ass)? All that for 4 months of heavy coding? Either there should be a really core mechanics change or there is a major trick for you, dear patrons, because there is actually no storyline development. Good job, mr. Dev.

I really appreciate the time you took to make no sense at all. You really should have taken a deep breath and then re-read that before posting.
No major trick, four months were spent on a lot more than just the cultist management system. Just a couple of pages back I complained about how it needs to be balanced, and it does, the balance is awful.
But where you and I differ is that you are quick to say it is a deliberate grift of patrons, where I know it is just a difficult balance to find. Funny, I gladly subscribe, do you? What gives you the right to complain, this is free for you.
Just a refresher on what else was added in the last four months:
- Imawyn's bonus scene at the mercenary camp (+rework of the scene in general) / new outfit for Imawyn
- 3 new maps (Ruins of Darkholt, Barracks, Leader quarter)
- Continuation of Arianna's story around the cult, some new and some expanded scenes for her
- New dialog images and sprites for Arianna and the MC + some other npc's
- Rework of most of Arianna's old scenes
- New combat animations for cultists + 2 new enemies
- A small new scene for Lyvia with a mercenary at camp+ Mc can join in + Reworked old images sitting at the fire at the camp with Lyvia, New outfit for Lyvia and new scenes at the fire together with Tia
- Small addition to the easter event in April (ingame and RL)
- Expanded scene for Verena
- Expanded Bianca's scene with Gritz infront of Gavina's house, Mc can now join in.
- Some dialog changes for Frisha during her masturbation scene in case the MC is married to Emily
- Fix for mobile emulators (mobile controls will show the first time you load an existing save, to fix this open your map or enter Arenfield)
- Management system for Darkholt as well as a lot of smaller and bigger changes to the Darkholt map.
- New content for Elisabeth connected to the Darkholt questline currently only with one route, 2nd will follow.
- Expanded scene for Arianna & Corven, the Mc can now join in.
- In total 3398 new/reworked images... which marks a new record for an update.
- A lot of smaller changes that I can't all recall
