Hi, I am new to this game. I am into netori. Instead of sending Palak to death I stole Ayita in front of him. I also stole Fresha from mayor's son. Is there more netori options like these? For example what happens if I motivate Rick about Kate, then stole her without telling him, will there be any cuckolding scene for him or something like that? With Kate no not really. You do get like multiple options to share her with other male characters. There are some NTR scenses but not really anything you specifically asking for. However you could go for Verena (Rick Mom) and take her for yourself and Roderic won't stop you really. And there's also Penny the farm girl whose in a relationship with this one guy and you can steal her and first time and all that as well.
You could get with Yasmine, Mayor's wife
You could get with the Queen
You could get with Verena, Roderick's wife
You could get with Liandra, she's about to be promised to Dave and already has a boyfriend
You could get with Carmen, Bjorn's wife

Not at the moment. I've paused my walkthrough because I have a lot on my plate at the moment. It'll be a few weeks before I can continue. I'm also not playing the latest version of the game, which means my answer might no longer be up to date.
In my outdated version this is possible:
1. To be able to dance in reavealing dress in the tavern, Kate needs 20C+
1. We get the dress for Kate from Frisha, and she shows it to us in her room that evening.
2. If she asks if she should wear it in the tavern, we can choose: "Wear it in the tavern".
3. Late in the evening, after her shift in the room, she tells us that Toren has taken the bait, invited her to their room, and she asks us what she's going to do next.
4. We can choose now "No, I will take over from here". This means the Toren NTR route is canceled, switching over to Love Route. If Kate has 20C+, she can continue to dance in the dress in the tavern anyway.
Thank you! I thought making her wear the dress will make it locked on the NTR route.

saw in game we can make a dish called roasted fish. also saw in search that somebody said something about a fisher teaching you to fish or something like that

You can cook fish which can be obtained after advancing the goblins quest line, no catching fish though afaik.
