Well, since 0.4.6.5 came out a few hours ago, I guess 0.4.7.0 isn't going to be delivered at the end of this month .

i am on my laptop and not using any mods or cheats

Most likely your game folders have read only attributes. You have to change properties.

Try these:

If you have a drive other than "C" move the game folder there.
Or right click on the game exe and run it as an admin.

It's working now it was the app i was using for extracting compressed files that was fucking everything up.

Admin hope you fix the quest part because when I play on emulator like joi have Maldives, the game is black with detailed description, Because I play on Android, I can't read the quest if I get an error like this, I hope you can fix it, thanks.
