Anyways did you transfer your saves from the old version to the new one, or you immediately started it?
Because there is always a backup save in the new version.

I admit that about the house needs more skill that seems to be. But the MC learned to remodel a house like you dont need degree in architecture. And even his friend Rick abandoned him and let the mc alone tio finish it.

Now that's not fair to Rick. He's willing to help MC from start to finish, but Verena forces him to stop.

I didn't even start her story at all at that point. It was only when Arianna's quest was almost over I asked you folks about her and Roderick's marriage.

The mc house has the graphics of winter from the first house, not the new remodeled house.

Emily house has the same problem.

Now that's not fair to Rick. He's willing to help MC from start to finish, but Verena forces him to stop.

He can comeback the next days to help, he doesnt.Damn, even the mc gets exhaust.

How to get rid of the bandit Camp?
I saved emily from the Bandits which ended her Quest Save Emily.
I have no quest according to the bandit camp in my log but if i speak with Lyvia the captain of the guard she wants me to get rid of the tread.

It doesnt matter wether i go to the camp at day, evening or night. There is always a guard in front of the left tent and the prison cell is empty. (and the right upper tent u cant enter) Also nothing happehns if i click the "wait till evening" button behin the big stone. Then its 8 o clock but there are also 6 guard around

You need to let Emily get kidnapped again. After saving her, talk to Lyvia. She'll give you a Bandit disguise. Then, juts follow the walkthrough.

Frankly I am also on this path/thought, Rick doesn’t really feel like the truest bud ever, people like Frank or Umin showed more love or help towards the MC than Rick.
I am not saying he is a bad character, he may meant something for the MC but it’s like that old childhood friend of yours, the guy who you hang out sometimes, because you were childhood friends, but now there is something cold between the two of you and there is no more that sincerity of before

Ok let’s this Rick arc start, I am ok even with a meme joke, where Rick finds his true himself in the astral plain.
Or even a small redemption arc where he intervenes in a cult attack or he pretends to be a bait.
Let Rick do something

Or even a small redemption arc where he intervenes in a cult attack or he pretends to be a bait.
Let Rick do something

He did do something; helping MC with his quests. I think what he needs is to be brave. Turn him from a boy who doesn't even try to help the woman he fell in love with from getting harassed to a man who's willing to defend and put his life at risk, even when he knows he couldn't win.

Like you suggested, getting him involved in infiltrating the cult can be a good idea.

I mean he is our guide at the beginning of the game and has a mayor role in several storylines, aside the main Quest... namely Tia, Kate and Emily.
In the end he comes short, because he lacked the courage to make Kate his before MC did... and MC took his sweet time, it required him to be controlled by lust before he started get in his buddys way.

Well you pretty much described his father there... a loved child will normally attempt to be like their parents or so they say.
